Prep Girls Hoops Missouri was at Maryville University last Saturday to watch the action at its Fall Elite Camp. Here is a look at some of the top shooting guards/wings that we watched at the camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='460885' first='Braylin' last='Brunkhorst'] (Centralia): A 5'10" 2026 guard who is just as strong as she is skilled with the basketball. She used her strength to power her way into the lane on the drive and she could back down smaller defenders. If she wasn't scoring, she was dropping a nice dime to the open teammate.

[player_tooltip player_id='767787' first='Mya' last='Pflasterer'] (Elsberry): A 5'9" 2025 wing player who was very impressive with her movement off the ball. She read defenders and cut with a purpose and always found the openings in the defense for a layup. She could also hit the open 3-pointer off the catch.

Samantha Schmuke (Columbia, IL): A 2025 guard from the metro east Illinois area who combines her excellent handles and footwork to make an impressive offensive skill package. She has a nice array of escape moves to create offense off the dribble. She had a spin move in the lane for a bucket that was tremendous. She can also hit the step-back jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id='346291' first='Bella' last='Westbrook'] (Fort Zumwalt East): A 5'9" 2026 wing who can create matchup problems with her strength and overall skill set. She is strong enough to play inside and get things done. She is also very sound on the perimeter with her ability to be a playmaker and 3-point shooter.

Josie Gruzinger (Parkway West): A 5'9 2025 wing player who has good skills and good fundamentals. She made some nice moves off the dribble and she can shoot the ball. She also does some little things well to help her team. She was boxing out each time a shot was taken.

[player_tooltip player_id='493380' first='Tess' last='Krieger'] (Clayton): A 6'0" 2026 wing who uses her height and length to be quite an asset on the defensive end. She did a nice job tracking opposing players as they made their move and she ended up blocking their shots. She covers a lot of ground with each stride she takes. She is also very skilled on the offensive end. She handled the ball and displayed a nice mid-range jumper.
