What highlights her accuracy in shooting is her quick release. Moves through defenders like a warm knife cutting butter.

Baffles me why anyone even bother to take a shot within Amaya Henderson Amaya Henderson 6’3″ | C Whitney Young | 2025 State IL ‘s vicinity. It is instinctual that her hands find the ball whenever an opponent takes a shot. She had double digit blocks in one game alone. Her ability to put back the ball highlights her offensive threat.

Marycait is EVERYWHERE. Has great enthusiasm on the court. Wherever the ball is, Marycait can be found. She ends up on the winning end of the rebound battle against taller girls with ease. Strong handles and seems to find the best available shooter on the court. Will make a huge impact on her HS team this year.

Kaidyn King Kaidyn King 5’6″ | PG Batavia | 2025 State IL has a boundless motor. Initially, I was impressed with her defensive capabilities. She defends the quickest and craftiest opponents and requires them to often change their course. Her great IQ and court vision allows her to chart the course of the game. She has a nice midrange shot and can drive hard to the basket.

Abigail Janociak
One of my favorite players from the tournament, Janociak showed her wide-ranging versatility. Tall, strong, speedy and athletic, she controlled the game under the basket. She was always in the thick of things. She consistently rebounded and facilitated the ball to who could score, including herself. If you didn’t know her name before this, you will now.
