The Frontrunners:
Trinity Rowe Trinity Rowe 5'7" | PG Pikeville | 2024 State KY , Pikeville – Rowe has been one of the most consistent names in the class for years and has led Pikeville to a lot of wins in her time there. If I had to vote today (I don’t have a vote anyway) I would cast it for Trinity.
Shaelyn Steele Shaelyn Steele 5'5" | PG Russell | 2024 State KY , Russell – Steele has been the best player in the class at times in her career and has had one of the most impressive recruitments of all the top prospects. She puts up big numbers every night and will likely get her fair share of votes in the spring.
The Lower Stats, Better Team Players:
Reagan Bender Reagan Bender 5'9" | SF Sacred Heart | 2024 State KY , Sacred Heart – Sacred Heart has been the best team in the state for a while now and she has the rings to prove it. The biggest hurdle for Bender is that everyone knows that 2025 Zakiyah Johnson is the MVP for the Valkyries.
Quinn Eubank Quinn Eubank 5'11" | PF Ryle | 2024 State KY , Ryle – Ryle is loaded with talented players and Eubank has the best stats of them all. But the Lady Raiders will have different leading scorers every night and likely won’t have any one dominant player.
The X-Factor:
Dea Bradley Dea Bradley 5'5" | CG Hart County | 2024 State KY , Hart County – Bradley meets a lot of the same criteria that Haven Ford did as 2023 Miss Basketball. She puts up huge scoring numbers and is one of the single most valuable players in the state to her team. She could definitely make some noise this season and rack up some votes.
