Dea is a player who has been a steady influence in the 5th region for what seems like a decade. Bradley made her move from 22nd to 15th to finish her career and I expect her to play a good role for Campbellsville as a true freshman next season.

It’s only right to start this article off by talking about one of the most eye-opening performances I’ve seen so far this season.

put up a school-record 54 points in a win over Grayson County earlier this week. To make that accomplishment even more impressive, I want to add a few more things. First, the entire opposing team scored 53 points. Bradley legitimately scored 1 more point than the entire opposing offense scored throughout the game. Second, she wasn’t just scoring. She also had 8 rebounds, 6 steals, and an assist in the victory. Third, she shot 73% from the field and 81% from the free throw line. Through Hart County’s 1st five games, Bradley is averaging 32.6 PPG and 5.8 RPG while shooting 62.4% overall, 53.3% from 3, and 74.4% from the free throw line.

Showed her shifty handles and impressive guard skills all week. Made multiple tough drives and finished in crafty ways. Wasn’t forcing stuff and made great reads. Overall, a very smart player who consistently plays hard and can play any guard position effectively.

As a staff, I think all of us with PGH Kentucky agreed that Dea is the best 2024 that doesn’t have a D1 offer yet. Rising from 27th to 15th overall, Bradley earned a spot on the Kentucky Junior All Star Team and is one of the most consistent players in the Senior class. Dea is a two way player at the guard spot and has the athleticism to play some serious on ball defense. She’s not just a scorer.

Bradley has been one of the best scorers in the 2024 class for years but she’s starting to become just as impactful on the defensive end of the court as her game evolves. Dea is ultra talented and has a great feel for when to attack on offense and when to lay back and pick her spots.

Bradley was one of the state’s top scorers this past season and her stats were truly impressive all-around. She is such a solid player with the ability to disrupt defensively and create shot opportunities offensively. She can do a little bit of everything and what the stats below don’t show is how much of a team player she is as well.
2022-23 Season Stats: 26.1 PPG, 4.9 RPG, 52.4% FG (overall), 39% 3pt FG, 73.9% FT

Bradley is a consistent, reliable, and versatile player. She can handle the ball, she sees the floor well, and she throws some great passes. She can create really good looks for herself and for her teammates. Bradley makes some really impressive drives to the basket and can score in creative ways around the rim, but she can also score through floaters or jump shots. She is a very fundamentally sound player in all aspects of the game. Bradley can also be a disruptive defender and it’s not surprising to see her come up with multiple steals in any given game.

Bradley is the kind of player that doesn’t even need to score to be one of the best players on the court, but at the same time, her scoring ability is undeniable. And the reason I say that is because of how much she contributes to the game outside of scoring. Bradley is a phenomenal defender. She can lock down ball handlers, she reads the passing lanes, she elevates to get deflections and/or steals, she uses quick hands to steal the ball when the offense relaxes, and she really slides her feet well to consistently stay in front. Bradley is also extremely unselfish and can throw some absolute dimes through traffic. She recognizes when help defense steps over on her and she sets up her teammates for success.
However, Bradley can obviously put the ball in the basket at a high level. She has strong handles and she can easily create separation from defenders. She can score off of the dribble in the paint, at the rim, and on the 3-point line. She does a great job using both sides of the floor and her court awareness is really high. Bradley’s ability to manipulate her body around the rim allows her to score tough baskets consistently. She has great form on her shot and she can hit from deep range. To put things simply, Bradley makes things happen whenever she’s on the court. If you simply look at her numbers, you can see how impressive her overall game is. Bradley averaged 20.8 ppg and 3.1 rpg in her sophomore season last year while helping Hart County to a 21-9 record. She shot 51.3% overall and 36.2% from 3. She also shot 70.3% from the free throw line. I can’t even imagine how many assists and steals she’s been able to get in her varsity career, but I know that number has to be high. It’ll be really exciting to see what she’s able to do in her junior year.
