Paige Fowler Paige Fowler 5'9" | PF Lift for Life | 2024 State MO : The 5’9 forward from Lift for Life had a terrific game with 22 points and 17 rebounds in her team’s victory. She was easily the best rebounder that I watched as she attacks the boards relentlessly at both ends of the court. She’s constantly working and giving maximum effort against taller players.
Krystyn Walker: A 2021 guard from Cardinal Ritter who had an impressive game on Sunday with 21 points. She was shooting the ball well off the catch with three 3-pointers on the day. She displayed a nice, confident shooting stroke from long distance. She also did a nice job of creating off the dribble as she set up her defenders before making her move to the basket. She also had a strong hesi move that kept defenders off balance on her way into the lane.
Hannah Fenton Hannah Fenton 5'5" | PG Pattonville | 2025 State MO : The 5’5″ 2025 point guard from Pattonville scored 12 points while doing a nice job of working the balancing act of distributing the basketball and looking for her own shot. She uses her quickness and speed to blow by defenders and she had some impressive drops offs to open teammates. When she looked to score, she could get a bucket from all three levels. She made a pair of 3-pointers while also knocking down the mid-range jumper with good elevation.
Zoe Newland Zoe Newland 5'7" | CG Pattonville | 2024 State MO : The 5’7″ 2024 guard from Pattonville, with most of them coming in the second half. She spent much of the first half getting her teammates involved with her passing. When she started to assert herself on offense, she was one of the most creative offensive players in the building. She was dropping off defenders with an array of escape moves and she was finishing either in the lane with a layup or the perimeter jumper.
Rakiya Williams: A 2025 guard from Marquette who is physically strong and played with a high motor at both ends of the court. She used her strength well to get into the lane on some aggressive drives. She also displayed a nice spin move in the lane, which led to a bucket. She also had some quick hands on the defensive end to be disruptive.
Taryn Mulvaney: A 2025 guard from Lindbergh who did an excellent job of using her length on the defensive end. She was getting deflections and she had good instincts to rotate over at the right time to pick up a steal. She was constantly in the right position. She was looking more to pass than score on offense, but she was able to knock down an open 3-pointer from the corner.
