With anticipation beginning to start, here are a few predictions, from an individual standpoint, for next season!

PREDICTION: [player_tooltip player_id='391104' first='Hope' last='Giddings'] will eclipse the 1,000 point mark

A multilevel scorer who gets the job done from the low block and 3point Line. Giddings, who is now a Junior at Sandia, has 749 Career Points in 58 GP, averaging 12.8 PPG on 37% from the field.

PREDICTION: [player_tooltip player_id='391103' first='Sydney' last='Benally'] will total 100+ assists for the 3rd straight season

The Matadors have one of the best offensive attacks, thanks to Benally being the floor general. A terrific passer that consistently sets up teammates for open looks. Benally recorded 105 Assists as a Freshman (21-22) & 101 Assists as a Sophomore (22-23).

PREDICTION: [player_tooltip player_id='357657' first='Taejhuan' last='Hill'] will record 1,000 career rebounds

Totaling 800 seems likely but with the lack of experience & depth in the front court from opposing clubs, presents “TT”, with an opportunity to perhaps secure the needed 300+ rebounds - 624 career rebounds thus far for the now Senior from Volcano Vista.
300 rebounds as a Junior (22-23) | 236 rebounds as a Sophomore (21-22) | 88 rebounds as a Freshman (20-21)

PREDICTION: [player_tooltip player_id='357652' first='Azalia' last='Malizia'] will reach 1,000 career points

A clear No.1 option as the now Senior leader and playmaking shot creator, Malizia is a quick PG that can put the ball on the floor and score. In 91 GP, Malizia has 743 career points, averaging 8.2 PPG on 30% from the field, for the Valencia Jaguars.

PREDICTION: There will be 7 or more players to make 60+ 3Pointers this season

Connecting from behind the arc is a vital part for a majority of teams who like to play with smaller lineups, due to the possibility of being out-rebounded. The counter to that, the ability to have more space and play at a faster pace. With that being said, these players are amongst the best at hitting the 3ball and are all slated to hit some big time shots for their respective teams.
