The Marquette Commit had an impressive junior season, and I am expecting a repeat performance this year. Wells was 1st-team All-State Associated Press last season and could be in the running for Division 2 Player of the Year this season. She led her team to a Conference Championship and a 25-2 record while already recording her 1,000 career points.
The only Freshman on the 1st-Team Associated Press All-State team a year ago, Rodriguez had an impressive Freshman campaign. She led her team to a conference championship and a 20-4 record. I expect Rodriguez to continue her stellar play this season and for her team to make a postseason run.

Winning a State Championship is what every elite player wants to do, and Richards was able to accomplish that last season! She played 31 minutes in the Finals and had 14 points and 3 assist to help her Lansing Catholic team get the win. The Hope College Commit was a 1st-team Associated Press All-State selection.

Abney put up impressive numbers last season (23.2 PPG, 4.8 Rebounds, 2.2 Assists, 3.2 Steals) that got her a nod from the Associated Press 1st-Team All-State team. I expect those same type of numbers her Senior season. She has a wealth of college offers under her belt and, I’m certain whoever lands her will get a steal of a player.

Zajac is a walking double-double and earned 2nd-team Associated Press All-State last season during her Sophomore campaign. She led her team to a 21-5 record and a District Championship. They met State Champs, Lansing Catholic in the Regionals last season. Zajac is one of the top prospects in the 2025 class with numerous Division 1 and 2 offers and that list will probably continue to grow.

The other half of the Richards sisters had a dominant junior season, earning second-team All-State honors from the Associated Press and a State Championship. The Hope College commit nearly had a double-double in the State Finals with 16 points and 9 rebounds last season. Those numbers are certain to continue, and Lansing Catholic will have another deep run.
Dykstra helped lead her team to the Breslin last season, where they fell to eventual State Champs Lansing Catholic. She was a 2nd-team All-State selection in the Associated Press last season. West Catholic finished first in the league last season and a 26-1 record. With a player like Dykstra returning, they are expected to continue their winning streak.
Smith had a big Freshman season and I expect her Sophomore season to be even better. She was a 2nd-team All-State selection on the Associated Press team last season, averaging 12.8 PPG and 4.4 APG. She has Division 1 and 2 offers, and I expect those to keep rolling in.
Wolters led her team to a District Championship and a 20-5 record last season. The 2nd-team All-State Associated Press selection gets it done on both ends of the floor.
