Cumming helped her team get two wins in week 2. The Point Guard is always under control and you can see the calmness among her teammates when she is on the floor. She did a great job of making the pass ahead to open teammates for easy transition buckets. We cannot talk about “Mags” and not mention the way this girl shoots! She is not afraid to pull the trigger, and they go in at a high rate!

Zeinstra is just a player who makes everyone around her better. She did what was needed to get her team a couple wins on Wednesday. We’re aware that she’s skilled at shooting and driving to the basket effortlessly, and she demonstrated both during the game. Additionally, she assisted her teammates by setting screens to create openings for them and driving and dishing the ball to help them get open shots. Butler is getting a great player and even better young lady!
I really enjoy watching Thelen play. I love how she pushes the pace and makes the pass ahead to open teammates. She does a great job on the defensive end of the floor with her anticipation and comes away with many steals.

Peot is a ’24 that is still on the board! College Coaches need to take a look. She is a skilled small forward who excels at slashing to the hoop, grabbing rebounds, and using her strength. Her basketball IQ and communication are college ready.
Erbes is a strong post player that can play with her back to the basket or face up. She was living at the free-throw line from going up strong and getting fouled and then knocked down all those free-throws. I believe that Erbes will be a valuable teammate for all the Rockford shooters as she excels in drawing the double team and passing it out to the open shooter. She crashed the glass hard on the offensive end and came away with multiple offensive rebounds.
As an underclassman on a talented Catholic Central team, Chandler still found ways to stand out. She is a skilled guard who has demonstrated her ability to control the ball during transitions. She got a defensive rebound and took it coast to coast. She showed her athleticism with some blocks on taller players. I look forward to watching her game take off this winter.
