Over the weekend, Morris Catholic sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='559032' first='Kamaria' last='Bowens'] took some time to travel up to and visit Sacred Heart, an unofficial visit to the Pioneers.

She's coming off a respectable freshman year with the Crusaders, primarily coming off the bench where she averaged 3.2 PPG, 2.1 RPG and 1.2 APG in 26 games played. Bowens has been on the AAU circuit this summer with HUrban Legends, one of the best AAU teams in the state, and she's gotten invaluable experience there, something she'll take into this season with Morris Catholic.

[player_tooltip player_id='488671' first='Brooke' last='Baisley'] - Gill St. Bernard's (2024) commits to Boston U

One of a number of commitments as of recently, Baisley, the senior at GSB, verbally committed to Boston University on Monday evening.

She wrapped up her best high school season to date at GSB last season, averaging a career-high 13.4 PPG and 6.8 RPG in 27 games, not to mention 2.4 assists per game, 2.8 steals a game and well over one made three a game. What was more impressive in her growth as a player to us was the development of her perimeter shooting, now a force from beyond the arc as well as the rest of her offensive game.

[player_tooltip player_id='559028' first='GiGi' last='Battle'] - Rutgers Prep (2026) offered by Wisconsin

The big time Division I offers simply have not stopped for Battle, one of the best Class of 2026 players in the country, most recently offered by Wisconsin.

We're running out of space with the sheer amount of offers she's received over the last few months, all of them well-deserved. A star on the AAU circuit and a star at No Boyz Allowed, Battle is poised to have herself an all-conference level sophomore year that will surely help her stake a claim as one of the best high school players in all of New Jersey.

[player_tooltip player_id='325204' first='Amanda' last='Baylock'] - Scotch Plains-Fanwood (2024) commits to TCNJ

The last player we'll be talking about in this article was part of the Class of 2024 commitment train in New Jersey, senior [player_tooltip player_id='325204' first='Amanda' last='Baylock'] from Scotch Plains-Fanwood, who committed to The College of New Jersey.

The Lions will be getting one of the top scorers in New Jersey last season, a player who averaged over 21 points a game and nearly 2.5 three-pointers a game for the Raiders. Baylock is one of the best pure scorers we've watched in the state over the last few years, a scorer in a number of ways, and someone who's as efficient as they are productive. Those 21 points don't come off 30+ shots, and she's one of the best at getting to the foul line in the state, not to mention her defensive success thus far.
