She averaged 16 points a game last season. She was a Class 1A allstate selection last season. She is a very dominate post player who has a great touch around the rim and from mid range. Da'Zya is a very good defensive player who is a rim protector. Northwood Lena won the Division IV Select state championship last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='485533' first='Quiana' last='Lavergne'] 6'0" Liberty</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Quiana is a very dominate power forward who plays both ends of the court well. She can score around the basket and step out to hit the three with a nice smooth shot. She is a good passing low post player and plays good team defense. Liberty lost in the quarterfinals of the state playoffs last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='485528' first='Sanaa' last='Bean'] 6'3" Newman</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sanaa had a awesome sophomore year. She was a consistent double digit scorer was a honorable mention allstate selection in class 2A. She is a very dominate center with great size and a great shooter . Sanaa is a tough defend for anyone. She is a rim protector on the defensive end and shot blocker. Newman lost in the state semifinals last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='485529' first='Mahogany' last='Johnson'] 6'2" Parkway</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mahogany is a very good player who plays both ends of the floor well .She has a good jump shot from 15 ft on end and finishes around the basket. She is a good passing center and a rim protector on the defensive end. Parkway won the Division I Non Select state championship last season. They are looking to repeat again this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='485534' first='Kamara' last='Effit'] 6'1" Southwood</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kamara is a very hard working center who can score on the block or step outside to shoot the three. She rebounds and plays in the paint with toughness. Kamara is a tough hard nosed defender.
