With multiple D-I programs in attendance, Kayla Cleaveland Kayla Cleaveland 6’0″ | PF River Ridge | 2025 State GA exploded for 28 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 1 block in a 59-46 win over Hiram. Fresh off a visit to Auburn, Cleaveland showcased her motor on Sunday, running the floor for countless baskets. In the half court she scored inside and out. Kayla is on the verge of seeing D-I offers pour in.
Hadiya took full advantage of the Sandy’s Spiel platform, playing one of her finest games in front of D-I, D-II, NAIA and JUCO programs as she went for 18 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 1 block against the defending state champs. Kennerly was locked in with her jumper, hitting three threes to go with three inside the arc shots. Kennerly’s play at the fall league has undeniably raised her stock.
Making her first appearance of the season, Harper Smith Harper Smith 5’9″ | SF Harrison | 2025 State GA looked good coming back from a knee injury. The physical forward plays both inside and out. She scores through contact and has enough ball skills to grab and go in transition. I like Harper’s value on defense, able to push around bigger players inside but also agile enough to help defend on the perimeter. Smith tallied 9 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals against Alexander.
Nimah gets better and better each week. A member of the band since around fifth grade, the musically inclined post player has rhythm inside. Ibidunni can score with both hands and has emerging footwork with her back to the basket. Nimah runs the floor well. She finished with 13 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Keep an eye on her progress. I like her future at Alexander.
Amaya is on a hot streak. After leading Hillgrove past undefeated Dawson County in a special crossover matchup last week, Harris piled in 17 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals in a 50-35 win over Pope. Amaya netted three three-pointers in the first half before converting on a pair of And-1s in the second. Amaya has been hunting her offense more often as of late and is has been a major boon for Hillgrove.
Ava went for 18 points, 6 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block in a win over Woodstock and was immediately rewarded with a West Georgia offer after the game as Head Coach Joanna Reitz made it a point to check out the priority prospect at the Sandy’s Spiel Fall League. Ava’s athleticism, length and continued improvement on the perimeter give her one of the highest ceilings in Georgia’s 2025 class.
Jaela Bobb
Jaela Bobb
Leading Hillgrove II, Jaela Bobb erupted for her biggest game of the season, putting up 17 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in an OT win over North Cobb. Bobb has versatility at the swingman position. She scores a bulk of her points around the rim, but can also stretch the floor with her three-point shot on occasion.
Schools of multiple levels saw Jocelyn put on a show in a 38-24 win over Carrollton. The southpaw compiled 17 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. The versatility of Faison and her impact defensively have helped her land multiple D-I offers this offseason.
