About Nimah
Expert Analysis
BJ Batson | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Nimah had an excellent weekend all around for Team Elite Hubbard, especially in the paint, on both ends of the floor. I thought she played particularly well in the OT thriller and was crucial to her team winning that game over HER Elite 17U EYBL. Nimah is an elite athlete and strong competitor who does not take plays off, has a very high motor, and is not a passive participant in the action. Nimah attacked the boards on both ends and was rewarded with multiple put backs as the trailer when Hubbard was on the break and couldn’t convert the initial lay up attempt. Nimah was excellent defensively altering and blocking shots, as well as anticipating passes and causing deflections and steals for her team. She was efficient scoring the ball without a lot of plays being designed or drawn up for her. She is exactly the kind of player I wanted on my teams when I was coaching and she will be an excellent player on the division one level in college.

Nimah had one of the more impressive stat lines of any player in the AAAAA classification in Georgia averaging 20 points per game on 50% shooting, while grabbing over ten rebounds and almost three steals per game. She is a highly sought after forward in the class nationally who had as big an impact on her team as anyone. She is currently ranked in the Top 50 by ESPN for prospects in the 2027 class due to her size, strength, and skill. Nimah already holds several division offers and garnered the interest of some Power Four schools last summer. With another solid performance this Spring and Summer before her senior year, that interest could turn into offers from schools in the ACC and SEC.

Nimah made her mark on both ends of the floor with length, energy, and skill. She showed the confidence to knock down open shots and scored it inside by utilizing the shot fake into an up and under move. Defensively, she used her reach to block multiple drives and alter shots around the rim. Nimah also ran the floor hard in transition and finished plays with good timing and effort.

She made sure to get to the mid-range and get off clean jumpers. Long, lean frame. She created lots of opportunities around the basket; inside-out play to expand her offensive versatility. Very vocal calling for the ball at the 3-point line.

to maintain their competitiveness and pull out an overtime win against Woodstock 36-34. Nimah dominated with 21 points, 10 rebounds, 3 steals and 1 block. Her quickness in the post, her length when it comes to rebounding over the opposition and her touch from 10-feet and in is unmatched in the league. Nimah is the most consistent producer the Sandy’s Spiel Fall League has.

In a 31-25 loss to Warner Robins, Nimah dumped in 22 of her team’s points. The dominant combo-forward was the main reason Alexander hung around against the Demonettes.

One of if not the most consistent and skilled bigs in Georgia, Nimah did a little bit of everything in Week 1 with 8 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 blocks. Ibidunni has great footwork and understanding of how to score in the pivot. Wiry and long, Nimah plays with strength as the anchors the paint defensively and scores through contact inside. She has moves with her back to the basket and can space the floor on the perimeter as both a shooter and driver. Nimah is lethal in the high post. D-I schools are already in on Ibidunni, rightfully so.

A dominant interior force, Ibidunni averaged 19.7 points and 11 rebounds per game while also protecting the rim. Her footwork and touch make her tough to stop inside, and she stretches the defense with three-point range. Nimah can also face up and create from the wing—her versatility sets her apart.

Nimah played up a class on 17U and was still the number two shot blocker (1.8 bpg) and number three rebounder (7.8 bpg) in that division this weekend. She’s a long post that completely dominated the boards on both ends with her offensive boards helping her to 14 points per game. I was really impressed with her footwork, athleticism, and motor as a kid that has huge upside & clearly has been working on her game.

Up from No. 29: Long interior presence. Has good foot work with her back to the basket. Utilizes a variety of post moves and can hit the mid-range jumper. Showcases upside as a ball handler, able to attack off the dribble in spurts. Posting 11.1 points, 8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.7 blocks per game
