The bouncy swingman caused issues for Hiram in a 63-36 win. Andrews was quick off the floor, attacking offensive rebounds for putbacks. The Second Team All-League pick posted 17 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal.
Hadiya earned First Team All-League honors and finished her season with a bang, dropping in 19 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals. Kennerly is a true three-level threat. She shoots the ball very well, hitting shots from beyond the arc and off the dribble in the mid-range. Hadiya’s athleticism and diverse offensive game should draw college attention. I think she’s a potential stock riser her senior season. D-II schools should track closely.
The league MVP put the finishing touches on a terrific season, beating Carrollton at the buzzer with a floater to win 36-34. Pearl led the league in scoring at 17.4 points per game and posted a league-high 18 made threes. She netted 17 points against a stingy Carrollton defense.
Highlights
In a tough 43-39 OT loss to Harrison, Bensman carried the load with 22 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks. She showcased her well-balanced offensive arsenal, mixing in four three-pointers with an array of drives. Abbey earned Second Team All-League honors.
Stuffing the stat sheet has been a hallmark of Emily’s game throughout the season. One last push helped her earn a spot on the All-League Third Team. In a 46-36 win over Hillgrove II, Jacobs collected 11 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 steals.
