Over the years, this conference has built a reputation for being ultra competitive and filled with phenomenal hoopers. South Jersey has long been a hot-bed for talent, with some of the best players of the past decade coming out of the Tri-County Conference and going on to play at the next level. Nikki Velez (Gloucester, Penn St Brandywine), Mary Gedaka (Gloucester Catholic, Villanova), Mackenzie McCracken (Wildwood, Widener), Azaina Baines (Gloucester Catholic, Duke/Virginia Tech/Seton Hall), etc. The parity is at an all-time high and these girls are sure to heat up gyms across the Garden State this winter.
