Time flies as I can remember many of these young ladies coming to our Freshman Showcase Camp and seeing many of the top players for the first time. Here’s a breakdown of numbers 6-10 in the latest rankings update.
A big guard with a crazy high prospect ceiling, Ayanna had a breakout season last year and has the potential to be even better in her Senior season. Douglass has quickly become one of the better programs in the 11th region and Darrington could be the player of the year in the region this season.

Bender is a do it all player who checks a lot of boxes that you look for in a player. Reagan can make an impact on offense and defense and she’s not afraid to do the dirty work for a Sacred Heart team that has been the best in the state for the last few years.
Pelayo is another player whose individual stats take a back seat to winning. Don’t be surprised if Angelina ends up with better numbers in college than she had as a high school prospect. In the meantime, she’s the X factor for SHA. Most teams cannot match her size and motor.

Quinn gets the nod over Anna Hamilton Anna Hamilton 5’7″ | SG Conner | 2024 State KY for the top player in the 9th region but the margin is razor thin. Eubank is tough and plays super hard. She often takes a back seat on offense and could have bigger numbers if she chose to force her offense.
Anna could just as easily be in the the number 9 spot (or higher) on this list and has moved up the ranking with every new update to the list. Conner relies on Hamilton for A LOT but she always answers the bell. Don’t sleep on Anna to be player of the year in the 9th and possibly get Conner to Rupp Arena in March.
