Morgan Thompson is an excellent ball handler who knows exactly how to create her own space to put up her shot. It’s not a surprise to see her score double digits in points as she has a nice shot from around the perimeter. She knows how to elevate her teammates, too, letting them fill their roles and feed them the ball.
Christina Bowers drives hard downhill getting to the rim with ease and knowing how to protect the possession even with arms constantly reaching in to try and strip the ball. She doesn’t back down from contact scoring old fashioned three point plays when needed. She can knock down her shot all over the offensive side of the court, and she is sure to make an impact from the free throw line.
Neveah Hines-Bass has a way of finding the lane she wants by making the defender give it to her. She’ll show some hesitation moves to pull her defender closer to her and attack the new opening. She has a quick release on her shot being able to shoot off the pass. On defense, she tracks the ball well even knowing how to block shots underneath the basket.
Allie Sykes is a patient ball handler knowing how to move with the ball drawing her opponent away from her teammates to open up the court or waiting to make her move to create some space and put up her shot. She has the full range of moves with the ball, and her timing is exceptional knowing how and when to make her move in order to get an open look. She’s a three level scorer making sure she’s a threat all over the court.
