Session three included 2028-2030 prospects led by Assistant Coach Kirk Carolan of Macomb Community College and Assistant Coach Jessica Duleba of Oakland Community College.
College coaches led offensive, defensive, and full-court skills sessions prior to athletes competing in full-court games. PGH scouts provided exclusive written coverage of the event with the SnipBack App recording games, and Moneyball Sportswear providing reversibles for participants.
6 colleges evaluated prospects on-site during sessions one and two with 80+ prospects participating across three sessions. The event was a smashing success because of the exceptional format, prospects, coaches, sponsors, scouts, and organizers who were prepared to win the day.

Vanessa Bowerman

#6 Vanessa Bowermann is a skillful guard Wayland will be excited to have at the high school level in the future. At the Headliners Invitational Sunday, she showed off her dribble moves using both hands to create space. Vanessa utilized a hesitation to gain advantage on her defender and drove into a left-handed shot. She moves well without the ball, using a back cut to receive a pass. Vanessa worked the boards for an offensive rebound and finished the put back in traffic. Vanessa will be a prospect to watch moving forward with Wayland.

Cheyenne Anderson
Cheyenne Anderson
#28 Cheyenne Anderson made some key plays for her team Sunday at the Headliners that don’t always show up on the stat sheet. She showed great hustle to stay with her girl in transition, positive energy, and used solid defensive positioning to see her girl and the ball. Cheyenne closed out with a high hand to make shots contested from outside. Cheyenne will be a quality young prospect coming through the ranks for Charlotte.

Lindy Shine
Lindy Shine
#7 Lindy Shine is only a 2030 and already has abilities to be excited about. She showed how skilled she is Sunday at the Headliners Invitational. Lindy is a crafty on-ball defender who creates turnovers with her quick hands. Lindy has excellent control of the ball with both hands and creates space with a variety of crossovers and pushout dribbles. She had a play where she crossed over her defender about three times before draining a pull-up three pointer from the top of the key. Another time, Lindy snapped the ball behind her back and knocked down a 3. Lindy is going to be a fantastic floor general for Wayland and a prospect we want to see more of at future events.

Taylor Gilding
Taylor Gilding
#35 Taylor Gilding had some impressive plays Sunday at the Headliners Invitational. She burned a defender baseline and then converted the pull up jumper in traffic. Taylor is a SHOOTER, draining a deep 3-pointer from the top of the key and knocking down another perimeter jumper from the wing. She is a talented young prospect from Charlotte we will want to see more of moving forward.

Lauren Nurenberg
Lauren Nurenberg
#2 Lauren Nurenberg lit up the perimeter for team two at the Headliners Invitational Sunday. She knocked down a deep 3 from up top using a step back dribble and drained another perimeter 3 from the wing. Lauren battled for rebounds and after securing the board was able to convert a mid-range jumper. She did everything for her team Sunday and is an exciting prospect for PW.

Kendall Dorey
Kendall Dorey
#36 Kendall Dorey displayed dynamic offensive ability at the Headliners Invitational on Sunday. She converted an impressive baseline drive floater and finished a contested layup in traffic. Kendall has the ball handling ability and quickness to attack the basket and create scoring opportunities. She will be an excellent prospect to watch develop in Charlotte.

Madison Venix
Madison Venix
#10 Madison Venix made some key plays for team two at the Headliners Invitational Sunday. She stole a pass on defense to give her team an additional scoring opportunity and attacked downhill on a drive to draw contact. Madison showed off her ball handling ability using a pull back retreat dribble to create space for a 3 point shot. She will be a prospect to watch in the Big Rapids program.

Macie Leonard
Macie Leonard
#16 Macie Leonard did a little bit of everything for team two at the Headliners Invitational Sunday; she was one of the most consistent and dependable rebounders on the court. Macie has the ball handling ability and vision to drive into defenders and dish the ball out to perimeter shooters. She will be an excellent prospect to see develop in the Portland program moving forward.
