Here, I take a look at some of the transfers that I feel will have the biggest impact at their new schools.
Aniyah Riddell Aniyah Riddell 6'1" | PF Desert Vista | 2024 State AZ Desert Vista
Possibly the most dominating post presence, joins the defending open champs. Aniyah commands a double team in the post, which should open up things for her teammates. This could be a recipe for a repeat.
Sidney Anderson Sidney Anderson 5'10" | CG Salpointe Catholic | 2025 State AZ Salpointe Catholic
The premier team in Southern AZ adds one of the most potent offensive players in the state. Look for the Lancers to make a deep run this season
Trinity Jones Trinity Jones 6'0" | SF Perry | 2027 State AZ Desert Vista (Featured Image)
An already deep Thunder team gets more added depth with Jones. Trinity brings play making, burst off the dribble, and more importantly, top-notch defense.
Callie Hinder Callie Hinder 6'6" | C Hamilton | 2026 State AZ Hamilton
Hinder brings some things to the Huskies that most programs don’t have. A defensive presence that has to be accounted for by everyone on the opposing team. CJ is also a force on the offensive end and one of the state’s best rebounders.
Bella Burcar Bella Burcar 5'10" | SF Perry | 2026 State AZ Perry
Bella brings championship experience to a championship contender. Burcar will fit in nicely and bring toughness as well as a very good offensive game. Her shooting range extends well beyond the three-point line, and she knows how to score in a variety of ways.
Zoe Carrillo Zoe Carrillo 6'0" | PF Dream City | 2024 State AZ Dream City Christian
Zoe brings her game to the prep school ranks, where she should be very successful. She’s a double-double in the making every game out. She’s as good a rebounder as there is in the state, and on offense, she punishes defenses with her physical play.
