Lesley Gonzalez balled out in the Orange Park Preseason Classic tournament and made a lot of folks on the First Coast take notice. Gonzalez did a good job of running the point guard position. She controlled the pace, passed it well, and definitely shot it well. On night two of the tournament, Gonzalez scored 11 and knocked down 3- threes for the night. she will be a player to watch this upcoming season.

continued her good-play following a productive summer that saw the senior guard expand her game beyond the three point line. Jones has always been a slasher who can get to the goal and score. This past week, the senior guard put in a performance of 21 points, 4 steals, and 6 assists. The defensive numbers are no surprise, Jones was one of the state leaders in the steal category last season. She is primed for a special senior season.

looked to be in mid-season mode as she had some good moments during the Orange Park Preseason Tournament. Alexander was shooting the three, shooting the midrange, and facilitating the rock to her teammates on the inside and outside. She did a good jof as usual of contolling the pace. Alexander is coming off of a summer where she performed well. She played well during the tournament and looking to have a monster senior season.

played well in week 1 of the preseseason scoring in double figures and shooting the rock from befind the arc. Stakem can score from all levels on the court. She is a three point sniper, but has a mean float game to go with the three ball. Stakem recently committed to Belmont Abbey College.
Kourtney Johnson Kourtney Johnson 5’6″ | PG Mandarin | 2024 FL showed a lot of glimpeses opf what the 2023 – 2024 season will look like at Mandarin. Johnson can score the ball from all levels on gthe court, but what stood out was her speed on the court. She disrupted a lot of fast breaks with her speed and she also utilized that speed to get to the rim and score the ball and also convereted some easy fast breaks. She will be part of a backcourt that could be as disruptive as any on the First Coast.

had some good moments and showed that she is one of the top pure point guards on the First Coast. Hunter is a scorer and facilitator who also plays on the defensive side of the ball and is one of the best at stealing the ball and advancing ghe bal up the courtt with the pass. The combnination of Hunter’s defensive ability and Johnson’s ability to run pass the defense is going to be a deadly combnination.

looked good and in complete control last week and that left handed jumper was as sweeet as ever. Rosendahl also got to the rim and she is deadlier than ever with that part of her game taking off. Rosendahl is one of the best shooters in the State of Florida and some college is going to get a great player.
Govazzi played well this past week and like Rosendahl she is one smooth and competitive ball player. Gavazzi shot the ball well and scored in double digit in the game I checked on. She also got to the rim and did a good job of finishing on the right side and left side of the rim. Gavazzi is primed for a special senior season.

Revak shot the ball well over the summer and solidified herfself as one of the top shooters in the State. Revak is poised to have a great senior season.
