Kiyana Hunter Kiyana Hunter 5'3" | PG Mandarin | 2024 State FL knocked down 3 threes and averaged 10 points per game and had 13 steals in 2 games. Hunter did a good job of running the offense and handling the ball. Hunter and Johnson are developing into one of the top guard duos on the First Coast. Hunter can shoot the long ball and can also get the ball to the rim.  Hunter can create shots for herself and also create scoring opportunities for her teammates.

Kiyana Hunter Kiyana Hunter 5'3" | PG Mandarin | 2024 State FL had some good moments and showed that she is one of the top pure point guards on the First Coast. Hunter is a scorer and facilitator who also plays on the defensive side of the ball and is one of the best at stealing the ball and advancing ghe bal up the courtt with the pass. The combnination of Hunter’s defensive ability and Johnson’s ability to run pass the defense is going to be a deadly combnination.

Kiyana Hunter Kiyana Hunter 5'3" | PG Mandarin | 2024 State FL was a standout on defense for the tournament and did a good playing the shooting guard and point guard positions. Defensively, her on-ball skills were good and she utilized her quick hands to get some steals and deflections that led to turnovers. Offensively, Hunter showed the ability to shoot from behind the arc and also got to the rim for some nice layups and assists. She does a good job of driving and kicking to the open shooter.

Hunter stood out early on on the defensive end with good on ball defense.    Hunter has quick hands and played well in the passing lanes  and got her share of steals as a result.    Offensively, Hunter can rip to the midrange shot, and has a good three ball shot as well.    At Deep South Classic, Hunter showed her versatility, connecting on 3 three-pointers in one game.    In  some games,  she showed that she could get to the basket from either side.    She does a good job of setting up the players for assists, often throwing the pass to the best spot for the offensive player to score.    At Deep South Classic,   Hunter showed the ability  to create her own shot,   and also catch and shoot.
