Govazzi played well this past week and like Rosendahl she is one smooth and competitive ball player. Gavazzi shot the ball well and scored in double digit in the game I checked on. She also got to the rim and did a good job of finishing on the right side and left side of the rim. Gavazzi is primed for a special senior season.

The 5-6 point guard is a prolific shooter from beyond the arc, as well as a leader on the floor. This season for Ponte Vedra, Gavazzi shot 33 percent from beyond the arc and averaged 12.4 points per game. She can control the game and play with her own pace as well as play unselfishly. On the defensive end she is very scrappy and can read the passing lanes with the best of them, as she averaged nearly two steals per game this season for the Sharks.
