Although they may be younger than their peers their games are much more mature and easily translate into make an impact on the court. These players are key factors and contributors to their respective teams as they look to put them over the top. These are not just players with some potential, these young ladies are the future stars of the region.
An all- around player that has a natural feel to her game. She has lateral quickness for her size and a perfect tweener that makes life a little harder for opposing teams. She excels at various aspects of the game no matter the different positions she can play and her ability to be effective in the open court is a skill unmatched. Lambert can break down defenders and weave through traffic to get to the bucket. Guarding multiple positions Lambert is also a willing defender who will not hesitate to back down from a challenge. rn
Highlights
Middleton is an elite level play making guard who has one of the highest ceilings in the region. Middleton separates herself from others with a true ball handling skills that allow her to get anywhere she wants on the floor. As a guard her change of pace and height make her a tough cover and you can tell she works on her craft. Middleton is very young but mature enough to know not to settle for jump shots and has a way of getting herself to the line. Although looking to get a bucket, she possesses great vision to get teammates quality looks and she is no pushover on defense as she uses her strength to make stops. Middletown is the real deal.
Zoe Knight
Zoe Knight
The epitome of 3 and D right now. Zoe knocks down tough shots and has a quick release and she will not hesitate to let her shot go. She is one of those players that will always have her team hanging around with her ability to put up points in quick spurts. Knight also plays amazing defense; her long arms consistently get her in the book with multiple blocks. She also plays the lane very well to get her in the open court for easy steals and inject her team with much needed energy at times.
Ravosa is a strong big body forward with a smooth game. She can knock down the open 3, has a textbook shot fake and pull up, gets to the basket and can post up. What I love most about her game is how she gives opponents different counters based off what they show her, she’s never forcing her game and that is what makes her impressive. It is clear her fundamentals are at the heart of her game and she has may tools in her bag to make her effective.
Darling is a tough forward with natural instincts. She may be undersized for her position, but she makes a big impact on the court. Darling has the heart you just cannot teach and hard to come by. She has the will be get her team second and third chance points. Tamia makes up for her size in strength and quickness at her position finishing over taller defenders draped over her and finishing at the line or picking up the and-one.
