WF West
The best post player in class 2A and one of the best in the state resides in Chehalis. Julie Dalan Julie Dalan 6'3" | C W.F.West | 2025 State WA is back as the reigning player of the year in the Evergreen 2A conference. She has help from several guards including two freshman in Dilyn Boeck Dilyn Boeck 5'7" | PG WF West | 2027 WA and Joy Cushman Joy Cushman 5'9" | CG WF West | 2027 WA . Lena Fragner Lena Fragner 5'8" | CG WF West | 2024 WA , Amanda Bennett Amanda Bennett 5'8" | CG W.F. West | 2025 WA , and Claire Deskins give the Bearcats plenty of experience in the backcourt.
Adna
Adna got a huge boost with Karsyn Freeman Karsyn Freeman 5'8" | SG Raymond | 2025 State WA transferring in from Raymond. She was one of the top-scoring guards in class 2B last season at over 21 points per game. She opened the season with a 30-point effort. Danika Hallom Danika Hallom 5'8" | PG Adna | 2025 State WA is also a returning 1st team all league pick from last season in the Central 2B. Gabby Guard and Kendall Humphrey will play key roles as well. Adna should be one of the favorites along with Napavine and Rainier once again to win the league.
North Thurston
Soraya Ogaldez Soraya Ogaldez 5'7" | PG North Thurston | 2025 State WA is the best all-around player in either county. She is a lightning-quick guard who has exceptional ball skills. She can score from all levels and is a big-time recruit. Grace Lee Grace Lee 5'8" | SG North Thurston | 2025 State WA also returns in the backcourt as an athletic wing who can help in all aspects of the game.
Napavine
Led by sophomore phenom Hayden Kaut Hayden Kaut 6'0" | CG Napavine | 2026 State WA and a host of returning players from last year’s 6th place team at the 2B state tournament. Keira O’neill Keira O’neill 5'11" | PF Napavine | 2024 WA provides an inside presence. Avery Schutz, Taylen Evander, Grace Gall, and Jessie McCoy all return in the backcourt. Dakota Hamilton Dakota Hamilton 5'7" | SG Napavine | 2024 WA returns after sitting out all of last season with a knee injury. She is the sister of last year’s Central 2B Co MVP Morgan Hamilton who is one of the only players gone to graduation. Napavine is stingy on defense and that alone keeps them in games. That included playing a really good Okanogan team tough in Spokane last season.
Olympia
Led by 1st team all-league and the defensive player of the year in the 4A South Puget Sound league last season Lauren Wolin Lauren Wolin 5'8" | PG Olympia | 2025 State WA in the backcourt. Freshman Sawyer Schaff Sawyer Schaff 5'10" | CG Olympia | 2027 WA should provide immediate help in all areas.
Tumwater
Led by senior guard Regan Brewer Regan Brewer 5'4" | PG Tumwater | 2024 State WA who went for 36 points in the season opener. She is also one of the best on-ball defenders in the state. She might lead the state in steals, she is that type of ball hawk on defense. Rhylee Beebe Rhylee Beebe 5'8" | CG WF West | 2026 State WA is also back in the backcourt with Brewer. Defense alone should keep them in any game this season.
Timberline
Shayla Cordis Shayla Cordis 5'8" | PG Timberline | 2026 State WA puts Timberline in the discussion as one of the top players in the class of 2026. She is not only one of the best in her class but a top guard in the state with her ability to score the basketball. She is also a great defensive player who averaged around six steals a game last season. She broke the single-game scoring record in points several times as well, including in her first varsity game ever as a freshman.
