Devyn Quigley Devyn Quigley 5'10" | SG Manchester Township | 2024 State NJ – Manchester Township (2024) [Jan. 13 v. Ranney]
There was no other player that was going to lead off this article than Quigley with the performance of the season, one of the best single-game performances EVER in New Jersey, against Ranney on Saturday. She put up a career-high and school-record 58 points, her fourth 40+ point game just as a senior, in a 68-59 win, accounting for 85.2 percent of the team’s scoring in the process. Oh, and it was a double-double performance.
Kiera McKown – Howell (2025) [Jan. 8 v. Freehold Township]
McKown has truly been a revelation as a senior for Howell, averaging a double-double thus far and dominating much more as a forward than ever before. Such was the case on Jan. 8 as she recorded a 21-point, 14-rebound double-double in a 14-point win over Freehold Township, adding five blocks and two steals as well. It was the first 20-point double-double of her career, and what a better time for it to happen.
Nina Emnace Nina Emnace 5'6" | PG Trinity Hall | 2024 State NJ – Trinity Hall (2024) [Jan. 13 v. Mount St. Mary]
Emnace had yet to break 25 points scored in a game so far this season, that was until Jan. 13 against Mount St. Mary as the senior guard put on a crazy display of scoring, finishing with a season-high 29 points in a dominant win. She knocked down a season-high five three-pointers as well, along with seven assists and six steals, just an incredible display of basketball overall.
Shayne Eldridge Shayne Eldridge 5'7" | CG Wall | 2024 State NJ – Wall (2024) [Jan. 13 v. Hightstown]
Eldridge had five 20-point games under her belt in her senior season with Wall, but why not add a sixth, and the first 30-point game of her career at that. On Saturday against a high-octane offense in Hightstown, she did just that, finishing with 33 points, four made three-pointers and four steals, as Wall came through with an eight-point victory. It was her ninth multi-steal game of the season as well.
Hope Masonius Hope Masonius 5'9" | PG Manasquan | 2024 State NJ – Manasquan (2024) [Jan. 11 v. St. John Vianney]
The queens of New Jersey high school girls basketball in recent years have been grounded this season. St. John Vianney has taken several blows, among them a 46-40 loss against Manasquan, and who else but senior guard Hope Masonius Hope Masonius 5'9" | PG Manasquan | 2024 State NJ to get the job done in arguably her biggest single-game performance to date. 21 points, nine rebounds, three made three-pointers and a hell of a lot of grit to pull out a massive win for ‘Squan.
Anna Winters Anna Winters 5'8" | SF Princeton | 2026 State NJ – Princeton (2026) [Jan. 13 v. Piscataway]
Winters has emerged as one of the best players in the CVC this season, no question about it. She’s been absolutely electric to watch, and Saturday’s performance against Piscataway showcased just that. She finished with 21 points, eight rebounds, five assists, a block and tied a career-high with eight steals, a mark she’s hit now three times this season. Oh, and Princeton pulled off a six-point win in the end.
Rhian Stokes Rhian Stokes 5'8" | PG Ewing | 2024 State NJ – Ewing (2024) [Jan. 13 v. Paul VI]
Big time players make big time plays, and among Ewing’s three-headed monster in Saturday’s game against Paul VI, Stokes had the biggest impact in our opinion. The triple-double threat was back at it again with 21 points, eight rebounds, eight assists, not to mention three blocks and five steals to stuff the stat sheet. Averaging 6.7 APG so far, there isn’t another passer in New Jersey better than Stokes.
