Lutheran-St. Charles defeated Rolla in a championship game that featured the No. 1 and No. 4 ranked teams in Class 5. Owensville defeated Montgomery County in the third-place game and host Hermann defeated New Haven in the consolation championship game.
Jordan Speiser Jordan Speiser 6'2" | SG Lutheran St. Charlres | 2025 State MO (Lutheran St Charles): The 6’2″ 2025 guard scored a game-high 24 points in the championship game against Rolla and took home Most Valuable Player honors for the tournament. She was cooking from all three levels, but the most impressive thing about her on this night was the clutch buckets that she kept delivering when her team needed it. If she wasn’t knocking down long 3-pointers, she was getting to the basket with some impressive takes while going to her left and finishing with her left hand.

Willow Gideon Willow Gideon 5'10" | SG Rolla | 2024 State MO (Rolla): The 5’10” 2024 guard scored a team-high 24 points in the championship game as Rolla pushed No. 1 Lutheran St. Charles to the limit. She is one of the most impressive shooters in the state and she showcased that perimeter stroke on Friday night. I also liked how she wanted the responsibility of taking big shots and carrying her team through some big situations. She delivered big buckets, either with the 3-pointer or on the drive.

Emma Daniels Emma Daniels 5'7" | PG Owensville | 2024 State MO (Owensville): A 5’7″ 2024 guard who scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Dutchgirls to a victory over Montgomery County in the third-place game. The Columbia College recruit used her speed to constantly probe the defense on penetrating drives. She scored on the move and she was hitting the pull up jumper from the mid-range area. She also hit a couple of big 3-pointers in the fourth quarter when the game was in the balance.

Ava Hughes Ava Hughes 5'10" | SG Hermann | 2025 State MO (Hermann): The 5’10” 2025 guard was a force at both ends of the court in the Bearcats victory over New Haven in the consolation championship game. She scored a team-high 16 points, but she really took in the game in the fourth quarter with a series of defensive plays that broke open a close game. In the opening minutes of the fourth quarter, she registered three consecutive steals on three straight possessions for three layups. One was a great pick pocket at mid-court that really unsettled the Shamrocks. She also handled the offense well and dropped some impressive dimes.

Malia Rodgers (Montgomery County): The 5’8″ 2024 point guard scored a team-high 16 points in the Wildcats in the third-place game against Owensville. The State Fair CC recruit is a stellar point guard with smooth handles and the ability to break down defenders to get into the lane. She has the crossover, spin move and hesitation dribble all in her offensive arsenal to get herself a bucket. She also works well in the pick and roll where she can turn the corner to get downhill or hit the jumper off the dribble.
