Addison Baumgart Addison Baumgart 6'0" | PF Kaukauna | 2025 State WI
After the injury over the summer to Kinas, Addison Baumgart Addison Baumgart 6'0" | PF Kaukauna | 2025 State WI had to be the best version of herself to help Kauakuan compete in the FVA, and she has been. She’s played well in her increased role and has made threes consistently while shooting with volume. What she’s been able to do while being the focal point of the Kaukauna offense has been impressive, and as she gets used to that responsibility, she’ll naturally improve.
Kyrin Lile Kyrin Lile 6'0" | PF Elkhorn | 2026 State WI
Lile has always been a forward with guard skills and has played more like a wing than a forward. However, that has made her a handful for defenses in the Southern Lakes Conference and the region when she’s played in AAU. She’s around 6-0 and is one of the best passers in the 2026 class. She’s willing to try and hit passes in places that make no sense. However, Lile’s proven she can fit passes into small windows. Lile’s also an accomplished shooter and can create issues for opposing post players by dragging them out to the three-point line. She’s a kid who creates mismatches anywhere you put her on the floor.
Allison Jirsa Allison Jirsa 5'8" | CG Verona | 2026 State WI
Jirsa is getting significant minutes this season for Verona, and she’s done well within her role. She’s playing as a secondary guard and making plays off ball swings to the weak side, whether that means getting open shots or attacking recovering defenses. Jirsa gets to read and react to the game around her and make plays in two dribbles, which she’s always excelled at. She’s a good enough athlete to get by most defenders and has continuously improved as a finisher around the basket. I like where her game is and where it can go.
This season has been a reset for New Berlin West thus far after losing one of the best post players in the state last season. One thing I love from West is the energy McRae brings to the floor. Her offense, I’m sure, hasn’t been where she’s wanted it, but I think she has the right idea how to get herself and her teammates good looks. They just haven’t fallen. Over the year, I see this team improving, partially because once the Vikings figure out how life without Schultz works, they’ll be the best version of themselves at the end of the year because of kids like McRae.
