I will take look at the top players who I saw starting with the freshman who I was impressed with on the day,

Love her pull-up midrange shot. Can score off the pass and elevates well on her shot. Good penetration and a soft finish in the paint. For a freshman, she plays poised and mature. Still growing her skillset but watch for her to keep improving with effort in the off season.

The first thing I saw from Macee that I liked was her ability to knock down the perimeter shot. She has really good court vision and isn’t afraid to thread the eye of the needle with the pass. Eyes are focused ahead and she should continue to develop as a high school player.

Coach Jason Tincher always has young players who make a difference and this year is no difference. This wing has good length and can score either inside or out. Can draw contact well and hurt you for the line. She has a smooth perimeter shot and will knock them down consistently. She doesn’t play like a typical freshman, very poised and smooth. I like her soft touch in the paint, good turnaround and focus on the rim.

She plays with a lot of energy and can defend both inside and out. Smart player, can fight through the screen and defend her player. Doesn’t seem to let this level of game bother her, and even though she is a freshman, she has a nice skillset with a good ceiling. Like her positioning in the paint for the offensive rebound and put-back.
