Game Report: Olympus vs. West

She has the ability to truly run the PG position. She is Olympus' best ball handler and their best post player as well. Even though she has all of these skills West was all over her but the thing that stood out the most was Bakers motor and her will to stay with it. She was beating players off the bounce and at times having to go up against 2 or 3 defenders on the rotation. She was rebounding like crazy and there was one sequence where she defenderd, came in and pulled that rebound down. She hit her outlet and ran down the floor as a trail and hit a three. Last night she was showing her patience but also her awareness as the premier ball handler and creater on the team to go get the ball when something needed to happen late in the shot clock. She is a player that can go get you a bucket or make things happen. she has great size that will translate to the next level and she can defend. With so many players that can step outside and play in the perimeter she is on an island a lot of times there is no time for the double team. She is too much when she goes over her left shoulder as it is natural to go to her right. She has a lot of potential and she runs the floor well. On defense she moves well and she knows how to wall up and stay out of foul trouble. She is a player that does a little bit of everything. She can put the ball on the floor and move. Her ability to plow through contact and not have it bother her was impressive. Her motor is always on and she did not care who she was defending, she was guarding anyone and everyone. Many times she could have taken things into her own hands but she was able to move the ball and it made it to the right place.
