The C conference has largely been a two team race all season, with Indian Creek and Glenelg Country School both finishing at 13-1. If I had to bet, I would expect both to avoid getting knocked off before Sunday, setting up a big showdown. Both teams have some freshmen playing prominent roles.
Ofundem Mbelem, Indian Creek, 2027, Power Forward– Strong physical player with good hands. Good rebounder and she finishes well around the basket. She has several double-doubles under her belt this season.
Malinda Morgan, Indian Creek, 2027, Guard– Strong on ball defender who creates havoc on defense. She is also strong in the press, coming up with deflections and steals. She has range out to the three-point line and gets into the paint constantly where she can finish at the rim or dish off to teammates.
Abbey Bunker, Indian Creek, 2025, Guard– Abby is a strong defender who uses her speed and athleticism to disrupt on defense. She provides strong ball-handling, playmaking and leadership for the team.

Kayden can really fill it up and has put up some 30-point games. She has deep range on her jumper and has the speed, quickness and ball handling to get to the basket, where she finishes really well. She also gets to the line quite a bit and is a good foul shooter.
Alexis White, Glenelg Country School. 2027, Guard– Crafty, pass first point guard that looks to set up teammates. She is a good ball handler and a capable scorer who can knock down open shots.
