In the championship game, Providence Academy (AR) defeated Aurora. In the third-place game, it was Lamar defeating College Heights Christian. Here is a look at some of the standout prospects who caught our eye while watching the Murray/Warrior Classic.
Kylee Cole Kylee Cole 5'7" | SG Aurora | 2025 State MO (Aurora): A 5’8″ 2025 guard who is a potent offensive player with the ability to score at all three levels. She has shooting range that extends well beyond the 3-point line. She comes off ball screens ready to shoot the perimeter jumper or get downhill on the dribble. Her step-back from 3-point distance is on point. She is also very effective when she’s playing off the ball and moving around to the right spots. She scored her 1,000th career point during the tournament.
Libby Fanning Libby Fanning 6'0" | C College Heights | 2025 State MO (College Heights Christian, pictured): A 6’0″ 2025 forward who is one of the more enjoyable post players to watch around the state. She has a good set of fundamentals and her footwork is excellent around the basket. She seals defenders well in the post and she can also face the basket and score off the dribble. Her spin move is nice and she can go in either direction and score with either hand inside. She’s always moving and also looking to screen for others as well.
Karolina Kiraga (Providence): The 5’9″ 2025 guard was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament after leading Providence to the championship. She is an athletic guard with good length and athleticism with a variety of escape moves to create offense off the dribble. She can get inside and shoot over smaller defenders and also shoot it from 3-point range. She is also a pretty good ball hawk on the defensive end with her length.
Kena Hall (Aurora): A 2025 guard who scored on some slashing drives in the lane and along the baseline. She can also shoot the ball from long distance. She was hitting shots off the catch and she also flared out off screens to knock down triples from the corner. She also rebounds well from the guard position while playing solid defense.
Jaycee Doss (Lamar): A 5’5″ 2024 guard who really impressed me with her passing ability. She threw a good lead pass up court on the fast break to teammates running the floor. Her pace and tempo was very good as she also looked to push the ball while always looking up with her good court vision. She would also block a shot or get a steal to start the fast break. She’s a good all-purpose player who helps her team in a number of areas.
Ava Maner (Providence): A 2024 guard who also earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team after helping her squad to the championship. She has good speed in the open court and she also made good decisions when she got into the lane. She would either hit the short jumper or drop off a nice dime to a waiting teammate for a layup. When left open, she would hit the 3-pointer off the catch.
Zavarie Wiss (Lamar): A 5’4″ 2024 point guard with excellent speed and a motor that runs from start to finish of every game. She is capable of breaking down defenders with her speed and ability to change directions on the fly. She operates well in traffic to score on her slashing drives. She also competes well on the defense end with her ability to hawk the ball with her quick hands.
Kloee Williamson (McAuley Catholic): A 5’7″ 2024 point guard who had a very eventful weekend in making the All-Tournament Team. She scored 32 points in one game and also scored her 1,000th career point in another contest. She’s a rangy, athletic guard who is very fluid in her movements at both ends. She’s running off screens to hit 3-pointers and can create off the dribble very well. She also makes things happen on defense with her anticipation and athleticism to get numerous steals.
Ejiro Enenuvwedia (Providence): A 6’3″ 2024 center who was the tallest player at the tournament. She did a good job of playing to her size as she kept the ball up whenever she caught the ball or grabbed a rebound. She was also a good shot blocker if you can into her area. She also did a good job finishing inside when she got her opportunities.
