Rachael Chilicki Rachael Chilicki 6'3" | C Mukwonago | 2026 State WI
People who got to see Chilicki this past summer should not be surprised about how productive Chilicki has been for Mukwonago. The 6-3 post has been the best post player in the Greater Milwaukee area, and I don’t think it’s a debate. Mukwonago was at the bottom of the conference last season and won a couple of games all year. With the addition of Chilicki and other internal developments, they’ve improved from their 2022-23 season. Having a kid you can throw the ball to and expect a good result makes life for everyone simple.
Izabel Durst Izabel Durst 5'7" | PG Barneveld | 2026 State WI
Watching Durst play in EYBL last summer made me double-take. She was much faster than I expected, crisp, and excelled against some of the best players in the country. Durst was so good in EYBL that I drove an hour and a half to see her Barneveld team play against Argyle/Pecatonica. She looked like the best player on the floor that night, and the defense decided they might as well faceguard her or risk her winning that game by herself. Each time I see her play, she does something I don’t expect her to do, which makes her a fun small-school kid to watch.
If someone walked up and told me Warren was the most talented guard in her class, I wouldn’t think it’s that outlandish of a statement. Warren is as fast as anyone in the 2025 class, and when she’s at her best like she was against Appleton East, she looks like the best kid on the floor among multiple D1-level kids on both sides. The biggest thing will be if she can consistently play at that level because if she can, there will be plenty of schools who take notice of her this summer.
Sadie Kubacki Sadie Kubacki 5'4" | SG Wauwatosa East | 2026 State WI
Kubacki isn’t the premier ball-handler in high school or AAU, but she makes everyone else’s job easier. She makes open shots, attacks closeouts, defends with as much physicality as possible, and has an excellent work ethic. Whenever one of her teammates gets trapped, Kubacki gives them an outlet, chases after loose balls, rebounds well for her position, and defends well within Wauwatosa East’s structure. She may not be the name getting the most plaudits from the outside over there, but she’s a massive reason why Tosa East has been as good as they’ve been.
