Princeton also gave me an eyeful holding off a WT White squad led by talented sophomore Dani Diaz Dani Diaz 5'7" | CG WT White | 2026 State TX who will also be added but speaking of being added, Randle’s Alaysia Cook Alaysia Cook 5'8" | CG Thomas Randle | 2025 State TX has the right last name because she was COOKING
RANDLE
Cook was a “nightmare to defend” and it seemed like every time I would leave the game for another, my wraparound coverage had her hitting a shot to change the momentum or simply start a run. She not only dropped the long ball but her ability to “catch and shoot” while being defended was very nice but she also did a good job attacking the basket to score as well as seeing the floor
Jaziel King
Jaziel King
King, like her twin sister Jalissa along with Jade Hypolite are all talented seniors who can play the 1 and the 2, see the floor and drop the 3 from, well wherever yet her quick hands helped pick some pockets and her play of the game, a 4 pointer, ignited not only her team and the crowd but gave me a thrill. She also did a good job defensively on the ball, played the passing lane yet she attacked the basket to finish from multiple spots
Ifemena Nwora
Ifemena Nwora
Nwora is “long and athletic” which, one more time, will always be the base and her intangibles came in handy as she not only rebounded on both ends of the court, she also played defense both in and outside the paint. Her timing was a huge plus as she altered some shots, even deflected a couple yet her playing the passing lane was also nice
PRINCETON
Mariah Hart
Mariah Hart
Hart showed she could not only control the tempo but also run a team, both under pressure and after runs from WT White to take the lead, she got her team back on track with solid court vision as well as using a deceptive first step to attack the basket. Her body control on her finishes were nice, she did a good job defending and she played the passing lane
Ashley Hart
Ashley Hart
Hart showed something very important and that was “she understands positioning” which aided her to outrebound taller players. Like her sister, she did a good job handling the ball and seeing the floor but she came up huge in their 11-0 run by not only playing the passing lane but knocking down free throws to help seal the victory
Chandler Evans
Chandler Evans
Evans was also instrumental in her teams late run by knocking down the long ball while being defended. Her defense was solid, she also saw the floor and did a good job attacking the basket
Ja’Kendra Pipkins
Ja’Kendra Pipkins
Pipkins gave a big boost to her squad in a variety of ways as she used her frame inside the paint to not only rebound on both ends but her interior defense was another key to help unlock the door to the Regional Final game
