Here is a look at five of the top rebounders from the Class of 2027. All of them finished with a grand total of at least 150 rebounds during the past prep season.
Zoe Davidson, 5’7”, F, Cedar Vale/Dexter
Davidson finished her season with a total of 211 rebounds in 22 games played. She just missed averaging a double-double has she finished with averages of 12.2 points and 9.6 rebounds per contest. The Spartans’ freshman as significant bounce in her game and is also a top volleyball prospect.
Pearmella Carter Pearmella Carter 5'10" | PF Highland Park | 2027 State KS , 5’10”, F, Highland Park
Carter did average a double-double over the course of the season finishing with 18.1 points and 10.2 rebounds per contest. In 19 games played she cleaned the boards for a total of 193 rebounds. She can play small or power forward and understands how to gain rebounding position on both ends of the court.
Nicole Gaspers, 5’8”, PF, Veritas Christian
Gaspers was one of the top rebounders for the Veritas Christian Eagles. She grabbed 151 rebounds in 18 games played for the private school in Lawrence.
Abby Packard, 5’11”, C, Mission Valley
Mission Valley’s Packard collected 156 total rebounds during her freshman season. The Vikings’ center averaged 7.4 boards in 21 games played. She is also an accomplished middle hitter for Mission Valley’s volleyball squad.
Aliviah Ball Aliviah Ball 5'10" | SF Wheatland-Grinnell | 2027 State KS , 5’9”, F, Wheatland-Grinnell
The Thunderhawks also have a dual-sport prospect. Ball finished with 152 total rebounds during her freshman season. She averaged 11.1 points and 7.2 rebounds per contest. She has a nice reach and understands how to create space in the paint.
