More Class 5A Standouts
As previously written, 2026 Jasleen Green Jasleen Green 5'9" | SF American Heritage (Plantation) | 2026 State FL and 2026 Taniyah Davis Taniyah Davis 5'8" | PG American Heritage | 2026 State FL delivered in a big way. There were more prospects who were standouts in the 5A Finals.
Anovia Sheals Anovia Sheals 5’11” | SF Mainland | 2024 State FL was really special during the Finals. She got to the rim consistently and was able to finish some highly contested shots. Sheals finished the game with 18 points and 9 rebounds. She was one of the most athletic players on the court and stood out on both ends.
Dezuray McGill Dezuray McGill 6’2″ | C American Heritage | 2025 State FL was a force in the middle, securing 12 rebounds in the 5A State Finals. McGill mixed it up all game long and was a workhorse on both ends of th floor.

Yinuo Wang
Yinuo Wang played well and was really composed for a Freshman in a State Championship game. Wang scored in the paint and also connected from downtown. Her ability to handle the ball, shoot the ball, and pass the ball was very impressive.
Kamryn Corporan Kamryn Corporan 5’3″ | PG St. Thomas Aquinas | 2024 State FL handled business in Lakeland and her performance in the 6A finals was a masterpiece (20 point and 6 assists). Corporan shot it from all levels- the midrange, drives to the rim and from long range. She was 9 of 14 from the field. Corporan can handle the ball, has great change of direction, and can score from all levels. Corporan also had 8 steals in the game. In one 30 second span, Corporan had 2 steals and 2 coast to coast layups.
Khadee Hession Khadee Hession 5’10” | CG St Thomas Aquinas | 2024 State FL finished the finals with 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists. Hession handled the ball well, shot it well, and made good reads on the court. Hession has great speed and puts pressure on the defense with her ability to drive, score and dish the ball.
Kalia Harrington Kalia Harrington 5’8″ | SG St. Thomas Aquinas | 2024 State FL shot the ball well in the finals and knocked down 5 three pointers. Harrington finished gthe contest with a game high 22 points. Harrington has very good handles, can get into the paint and score, and also does a good job of consistently drawing double teams and dishing to ope teammates. She can shoot it off the dribble and can also shoot off the catch.
