Anovia Sheals Anovia Sheals 5'11" | SF Mainland | 2024 State FL was almost unstoppable in the State Championship game as she got down hill and to the rim. Sheals was the most athletic player on the court. In addition to attacking the rim. Sheals was also dynamic in the transition game. She can handle the ball, she has great IQ , and has great anticipation on the floor. Sheals and company won the State championship last year and was runner up this season. Sheals was a key component in accomplishing this amazing feat.

Anovia Sheals Anovia Sheals 5'11" | SF Mainland | 2024 State FL was really special during the Finals. She got to the rim consistently and was able to finish some highly contested shots. Sheals finished the game with 18 points and 9 rebounds. She was one of the most athletic players on the court and stood out on both ends.

Anovia Sheals Anovia Sheals 5'11" | SF Mainland | 2024 State FL is a special player who is athletic and a baller. I saw her at one of the college camps in Daytona and she was just having her way getting to the rim and scoring. Scoring is something she knows how to do. Sheals nearly averaged 20 per outing. She is very good on defense and applies a lot of pressure on the handler. She also does a good job of cutting to the basket and scoring after the catch.

Prep Girls Hoops Scout

The 5-10 junior forward not only known for her scoring but her rim protection on the glass played a big factor, finishing with 25 points and 15 rebounds in the semifinal game. She ran the floor and was instrumental in the championship game as well, finishing with 22 points and 13 rebounds (7 Offensive). Sheals was the MVP for sure in the title game.

Sheals is an aggressive power forward who knows how to use her size and strength. She is extremely active on both ends of the floor and brought down numerous boards for her team. Through put backs, she was able to get herself to the free throw line multiple times throughout the game. Her toughness was a great asset in Mainland’s win.
