She is only a freshman, but she is one of the most dominant freshman in Ohio this year. She has such a strong skillset and is nearly impossible to defend once she gets near the rim. Samaya has a good basketball IQ, can anticipate on the defensive end and steps in front of the pass. Good handles, able to run in transition. But for her, she will lock into position and score all night in the paint.
She is back and wants to finish things on her own terms. She missed last season with injury as her team won the state title. Kam is back and so is Africentric as they have advanced to the Final Four this coming week. She has great hands around the basket, long and athletic with very solid moves and footwork in the paint. Can be intimidating defensively with her aggressive style, she is such a force on the boards, and look for her to do great things at the next level.
Taylor has a long an athletic frame, which allows her to be effective around the rim. Keeps the ball high and has good moves around the rim to finish good on the boards. She has a good keen court sense and can push the ball out in transition. A big summer could help her propel her recruiting as she heads into the summer and the travel circuit.

Mackenzea makes good court decisions and is able to get her teammates involved. She has controlled the paint in the few tournament games that I have seen this year and has outplayed most of her opposing post players. Her stock has really gone up her senior year.

She is a difference maker and an underappreciated post player who has good range and is not afraid to shoot the ball from long range. She is a strong, physical kid who is able to control the boards and her good on ball defense in the paint gives her a chance to block and defend and protect the rim.
Victoria is a solid post to get in position well at the rim a nice soft touch in the paint, and is able to finish. She uses her athleticism to move well without the basketball and her wingspan is effective in the passing lanes. She also has good range. Selfless player who looks to get her teammates involved! Russia has really grown as a team over the year as they are a different team from November until now. I am really happy to have seen her play a few times as a senior, was impressed with her poise and her strength with the ball, she is able to clean up the glass and protect the rim. She’s a powerful player around the rim, and very technical on the court.
