Today, we're concluding this mini-series of the film room, so let's get after it.

[player_tooltip player_id='751243' first='Ava' last='Vogler']

Vogler is among the most talented 2027s in the state from Sun Prairie East.

The lead guard has all the tools to excel at East. The first tool we'll talk about is her handle. As a guard, you need to be able to do two things. Read defenses and beat your defender off the dribble. She's more of a score-first kid, so her version of reading defenses is slightly different than it would be for someone like [player_tooltip player_id='209879' first='Trista' last='Fayta'] or [player_tooltip player_id='764918' first='Anna' last='Miller']. Vogler's looking to attack gaps and get to the rim when she puts the ball on the floor and reacts to how defenses react. She's a gifted finisher around the rim, so her coaches will always live with her taking contested shots around the rim, but she won't get too shot-happy throughout a game. However, getting back to what the Cardinal can do with the ball, Vogler has this knack for getting through tight quarters and getting to places few other guards could. She has excellent footwork off the bounce, and although she may not look as physically built as other guards, she plays strong. She always seems comfortable attacking off the dribble.

Sun Prairie East is traditionally a team that looks to get into their sets in the halfcourt, limit possessions, and maximize each possession with the talent they have in red. That may not best display what Vogler can do, but she's the most natural scoring guard in Wisconsin's 27 class. She's a rangey kid whose strides cover as much ground as I've ever seen a guard cover, and she's capable of putting the ball in the basket from anywhere at any time. It takes a few possessions for kids who don't know her to respect her ability to create shots off the dribble and finish around the rim. Vogler is one of the most consistent shooters I've seen from Wisconsin at her age over the past three years and finishes as well around the rim as some of the top guards who've come out of the state the past few seasons. This summer with Let it Rain, she'll impress with her ability to score from all three levels.

Her ceiling is high.

Ava's Film

[player_tooltip player_id='352142' first='Bella' last='Gruber']

Looking south of the Wisconsin border, we have a pair of Plainfield North kids, and we'll start with [player_tooltip player_id='352142' first='Bella' last='Gruber'].

I've always seen Gruber as a do-it-all kid who doesn't necessarily have a position when she's on the floor. Sure, she's listed as a wing, most likely, but she'll shoot it without hesitation from the 3-point line and play with her back-to-the-basket.

On the block, she can score with either hand around the rim and play through contact. She'll give up size against some post players, but her ability to finish helps negate the size disadvantage a bit. However, her ability to make perimeter shots can make her a bit of a headache to find a one-for-one matchup to defend her. She can fit into any offensive scheme or philosophy because she can score from inside like a five and knock down shots like a wing. In addition to her scoring, Gruber is comfortable making passes into tight windows and getting downhill now and again.

She may not be flashy, but she's a productive piece to any team she plays on.

Bella's Film

[player_tooltip player_id='335807' first='Kaitlyn' last='Sedillo']

Moving over towards the Plainfield North backcourt, we have one of the more entertaining guards from Illinois that I've seen in AAU.

You won't see this on film, but Sedillo is among the most talkative lead guards around, and watching her communicate with teammates throughout a game is one of the more intriguing things to watch at an event with 10+ games going on at one time.

The other thing I love about her game is her confidence whenever she steps on the floor. I rarely see her second guess herself when she's on the floor. If she sees a gap to attack, open space for a shot, or a possible pass, she can make that could lead to an open shot. She rarely double-pumps the ball. Now, is she perfect? No, but her confidence emanates from her to the other four players she's on the floor with, and she has confidence in them to make plays.

She's a player who gets the most out of her teammates in more ways than passing them the ball.

Kaitlyn's Film

[player_tooltip player_id='338969' first='Lilly' last='Meulemans']

If we're talking about entertainment, Muelemans is one of the most entertaining kids to watch in Wisconsin.

There are few kids as explosive as the Appleton East junior, and she's willing to attempt shots or passes that few others would. That may give a coach a headache or ten, but she's talented enough for you to live with most of it. At any point in a game, Meuelemans can flip a game upside down with her ability to catch fire quickly and turn defense into offense in about three seconds.

For most of the season, she showed an improved jumper after missing ten-ish months due to a knee injury, and she wasn't solely taking open threes, many of which she was creating off the dribble. That shot opened up defenses, which allowed her to use her elite speed and get to the basket whenever she wanted to create shots for others or finish herself.

On the defensive end, she has as high of a ceiling as any guard due to her soccer background. She's as fast as anyone, and she has the lateral quickness that allows her to keep some of the most talented guards in the state in front of her. She's among the most aggressive kids in the state, which comes with some foul issues that she could clean up, but the Patriot one of a few kids who could land a D1 scholarship offer in multiple sports if that tells you how athletic she is.

Lilly's Film

Today, we're concluding this mini-series of the film room, so let's get after it.
