Kyleigh Stakelin Kyleigh Stakelin 5’9″ | SF George Rogers Clark (GRC) | 2027 State KY played up in the 2026 division and competed at a high level against very good players at the Clash last weekend. She was on target with her 3-point shooting, made strong drives to the basket, and displayed great court-vision. Kyleigh averaged 15 points throughout the event and her best performance of the weekend came against Midwest Explosion (Noland), where she finished with 21 points.
Highlights
Noel Smith Noel Smith 5’7″ | PF Whitefield Academy | 2025 State KY played well against tough competition and gained a lot of exposure at the Clash last weekend. She cleaned the glass, and shot it very well from long distance. Noel had 13 points against All Alabama E40 UA NEXT and followed that performance with a big game against Tennessee Platinum finishing with 19 points, (5 made 3’s) along with 3 rebounds. She then had 15 points, and 6 rebounds against Team 419.
Highlights
Emma Holtzapfel Emma Holtzapfel 5’11” | SF Notre Dame Academy | 2026 KY was a key contributor for Next Level 2026 E40 as they went 4-1 and placed 4th out of the 40 teams in the select 40 division. Emma thrived in a hype atmosphere, going up against unbelievable talent, and high level competition. She averaged 12 PPG for the entire event, and had her best game against Michigan Drive, where she scored 23 points and made 7 triples.
Highlights
Nariyah Crowe Nariyah Crowe 5’7″ | PG Bardstown | 2025 State KY showed up in a big way and had a monster game against Team 419 in her final game of the tournament. She went off for a team-high 27 points, dished 5 assist, poked away 4 steals, and pulled down 3 rebounds. Nariyah showed that she can put up big numbers, get others involved, and make an impact on the defensive end as well.
Brynn Brickey Brynn Brickey 5’9″ | SG South Oldham | 2027 State KY works tirelessly on her game and continues to develop into a really good basketball player. She works out with some of the top trainers in the state and has already made vast improvements since the High School season. Brynn did her usual damage during the live period weekend at the UA Rise Session 1. She made hustle plays, banged inside against bigger players, and did a excellent job defending guards on the perimeter. She also shot it well from beyond arc, and attacked the rim with power and finesse. Brynn played her best game on Day 1, she finished with 16 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals.

Brookelyn Duckwyler Brookelyn Duckwyler 5’5″ | CG Ashland | 2027 State KY made a name for herself at the Clash last weekend and enjoyed being in the presence of college coaches, while playing against really good competition. Brookelyn played hard from start to finish and gave it all she had in every game throughout the tournament. She was great at making the extra pass and getting her teammates involved. She got after loose balls, and had countless, steals, rebounds, and assists. In the second game on Day 1 of the event against IGB Wilson, Brookelyn came through in the clutch with 40 seconds left on the clock and scored the game-winning bucket with a “And-1” layup that sealed the deal and got her team the win 37-34. Her stellar play helped TSP 2027 NE2K go 4-0 on the weekend, win their pool, and finish ranked 12th out of all 110 teams in the 2027 division.

Kayla Rivard Kayla Rivard 5’7″ | PG Liberty Christian Academy | 2026 VA loved the energy and level of competition at the Apache Memorial last weekend. Her team stepped up to the challenge and worked well together as a whole. Kayla was very effective off the dribble and did a good job finishing through contact at the rim. She saw the floor well on the fast break, and made shots from the perimeter consistently.

After recently picking up an offer from Earlham College, Kaia Peterson Kaia Peterson 5’9″ | PF Scott | 2025 State KY competed at a high level at the Clash and gained a lot more interest from college coaches during the live period weekend. She is a tough, hard-nosed player that impacts the game on both ends. Kaia had some strong finishes at the rim, showed a nice shooting touch from the mid-range, and chased down a lot of rebounds.
