These girls are being evaluated for their game and how we see them in our rankings and where we see these kid placed in the list, take a good look at them and pass on the word that they are in the rankings.
Teyanna Burrell – Rises to 60 in this rankings edition.
Teyanna is a beast in the paint and she lets you know as soon as she steps on the floor, she has a nice size body type that can bounce you out of the paint when she comes in there to score. She is skilled on the perimeter, she can swing thru and put it on the floor and score thru contact for easy buckets. She can also rebound the ball and push the break like a guard.
Payton Sugar Payton Sugar 5'5" | SG Brentwood | 2025 State CA – Rises to 35 in this edition.
Payton is a killer, she will light you up from the outside and she has plenty of help from her teammates, she is one of the many who can shoot it and handle the ball very well, she climbed up the ladder this edition. She wowed us in the finals with her performance and her nice stroke on her shot, she can get to the rim as well and finish, but Brentwood loves to put up the three ball and this is her specialty.
Niya Price Niya Price 6'2" | SF Antelope Valley | 2025 State CA – Rises to 56 in this rankings edition.
Niya is a beast as well in the paint, she can also handle the rock, but her specialty is scoring over both shoulders in the paint and using her size to her advantage. She is gonna out rebound you, she is gonna out score you and she is gonna block your shot on the defensive side of the ball. Niya did a great job for her team this year, leading them to a CIFSS championship this year.
Alexa Perryman Alexa Perryman 5'3" | PG San Joaquin Memorial | 2025 State CA – Rises to 55 in this rankings edition.
Alexa is the poing guard every coach would love to have, she is smooth with the ball, she is aggressive as a lead guard and always gets paint touches to either float one over the defender or kick out to a shooter or post for a nice dime. She is a good defender and I witnessed her guard bigger guards on the floor and contain them from getting to the rim or even getting a good shot off.
Nyemah King Nyemah King 5'9" | CG Lakewood | 2025 State CA – Rises to 45 in this rankings edition.
Nyemah is a bonefide scorer and she showed our staff that this year, she had multiple 20+ scoring games for her team, but she is also equally a defensive threat, she will shut you down in our opinion. She was a leader for her team and did what she needed to do to get wins for her squad. She scored, she rebounded and she was a decent defender, this kid is special, watch for her next season, man, watch her in club this spring and summer.
Leila Edwards Leila Edwards 6'0" | SF Sierra Canyon | 2025 State CA – Rises to 23 in this rankings edition.
Leila proved herself again this year for her State Championship team in Etiwanda, she was apart of a great dynasty that is brewing at her school, she made plays and did what was needed to do as a good teammate. She scored inside, she rebounded and block some shots along the way, but this kid is tough and we look forward watching her play this spring and summer, but we are excited about next year with her high school team.
Carrington Davis – Rises to 35 in this rankings edition.
Carrington put up some crazy numbers this season averaging right at 25ppg, 9rebs, 3.9apg and 3.9stpg, those numbers say it all, she was very productive and one of hardest players to stop when you have that assignment to guard her. She has nice size, I say she is about 6’0, but they list her at 5’11, they need to take a look at that, but she is a beast on the floor and she can score in bunches. This kids was amazing to watch, looking forward to seeing her this spring and summer.
Olivia Lagao Olivia Lagao 5'6" | PG Windward | 2025 State CA – Rises to 19 in this rankings edition.
Olivia is very worthy of this rise in our 2025 Rankings this update of many for the year, she displayed her gifts to our scouts and just has did a great job at helping her team win games. She is a decent scorer on all levels, but what we love the most from this athlete is her determination to be the best on the floor, she does it every time she touches the floor.
