While this was happening I was taking some quick notes about what I was seeing, live-in-action. Below I highlight seven individuals and briefly describe what I saw out on the floor in their specific contests.
Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
#0 – Kamryn Lecce – 2026 – 5’10 – Forward – D.F. Elite 2026 (WI)
“One of D.F. Elite 2026’s Shining Stars today. Offensively, had two strong takes while walling up on defense against a much taller opponent. Someone that did not stop moving whenever she didn’t touch the ball, making her a tough matchup against whoever was guarding her. Someone that made the most of her opportunities, every chance she had.”
#1 – Lexi Baer Lexi Baer 6'0" | SF Peoria Notre Dame | 2026 State IL – 2026 – 6’0 – Shooting Guard – Midwest Elite Meanstreets 2026 EYBL (IL)
“I’ve heard a lot about her prior to this but she checks off a lot of boxes. Tall, athletic, great shooting stroke from deep, and usually in control of the dribble. Does a lot of great offensive stuff but also shines at setting screens and opening up to the ball for a jumper or take to the rim.”
#4 – Eilish Raines Eilish Raines 5'10" | SF Providence Catholic | 2026 State IL – 2026 – 5’10 – Combo Guard – EBA Ice 2026 (IL)
“Athletic guard standing at 5’10. Seems to like to play the perimeter more than anything else but she can drive through contact to get a bucket in the paint. Has impressive movement for someone that size. Did a great job of keeping her head up whenever things wouldn’t go her way throughout a contest today.”
#3 – Jenesis Moore – 2026 – X – Point Guard – Midwest Elite Meanstreet 2026 S40 (IL)
“PG who is nice with it. She seems always to be determined to get to the basket. Strong, fundamental, w/ a shifty handle. Really nice first few minutes in her first contest of the day. Definitely a prospect that you can build a program or team around with the correct system in place.”
#30 – Hailey Goins Hailey Goins 5'5" | PG Hinsdale South | 2026 State IL – 2026 – 5’5 – Point Guard – M14 Hoops 2026 Bluestar (IL)
“Someone to know of going into the Spring this AAU season. Demonstrates a shifty handle w/ the ability to get to the rim on demand, good vision in the open court, & a lot of confidence in every move she makes. Still raw with her talent with room to grow but definitely has something to build on.”
#4 – Jaida Allen Jaida Allen 5'7" | SG Christian Academy Of Louisville | 2026 State KY – 2026 – 5’7 – Point Guard – Kentuckiana Hoops 2026 – Ewing (KY)
“Quick, strong while taking it to the basket, and very good with the handle. Seems like someone that plays with a chip on their shoulder. Understands her spacing, where to drive, and where her teammates are going to be once she does beat her original defender. Plays with a lot of heart.”
#22 – Sanaii McPherson – 2026 – 6’0 – PF – Greater Purpose Athletics 2026 (IL)
“Physical beast down low with several skill moves when she catches in the post. Has the ability to space the floor and play from the perimeter or out of the mid-post. Is this teams physical presence in the middle of the lane when it boils down to it. Overall, very good showing on Day 2 today.”
