At the point of attack, she competes versus opposing lead guards, complemented by active hands to force opponents into tougher angles. Defensively, she has repeatedly competed at the point of attack, bringing in disciplined defense. Gritty versus opponents, Swanson is willing to take bumps from opposing drives, getting up to swat away shot attempts when necessary.
