We'll be taking some exclusive looks at different AAU rosters across the region this AAU season and analyze those rosters, talking about some of the best players in New England. This latest article discusses MCW Starz and its 2026 P24 team, a 10-player roster comprised of players from Massachusetts, New Hampshire

[player_tooltip player_id='482893' first='Abby' last='Schrader'] - New Hampton School (2027)

Schrader provides a lot in her role, a growing role at that being just a freshman last season. She has great basketball speed, just solid overall quickness that makes the difference on a fast break. Impressive court vision as well to pick up teammates on the run and get offensive possessions going. Additionally, she's able to create for herself, solid off-ball movement leading to open looks and clean releases.

Lily Norton - St. Mary's Lynn (2027)

Plenty of room to grow after her freshman year, but there's a lot to like about Norton and what she brings to the floor. Listed as a point guard, but much more versatile than just playing at the top of the key, Norton has done a fantastic job at getting herself open offensively. She streaks to the basket often, nearly untouched always, to get easy baskets. Very impressive overall game so far and the makings of a standout player.

Jillian Roberts - St. Mary's Lynn (2026)

Already making a difference at all points of the game, Roberts is as clutch as you can get, ice in her veins. She's the kind of player that you can build around down the road, someone that has that 'IT' factor and just needs the opportunity to unlock it. From buzzer-beaters to knocking down simple shots and just working well through different rotations, Roberts already looks calm, cool and collected on the floor.

Samantha Barton - Dexter Southfield (2027)

Shifty guard with great court awareness and a fantastic basketball IQ. Barton checks all of the boxes when it comes to the classic three-and-D player archetype. Able to hit the three in contested and uncontested situations. Quick, effortless release with efficiency and effectiveness. She's quick on her feet too to make plays on both sides of the court, which has helped her out tremendously.

[player_tooltip player_id='393469' first='Riley' last='Hamilton'] - Lexington (2026)

Stretch forward that's proven to be a versatile piece overall on the floor. Hamilton knows where her spots are and knows when and where to let it rain from distance. Then you have the other side of her, the one that dominates down on the block, a player that can put a spin move by you and get to the rim untouched. She does damage in a plethora of ways and continues to make her minutes and playing time count.

[player_tooltip player_id='662803' first='Celia' last='Neilson'] - Bishop Fenwick (2026)

Neilson already has the experience as a sophomore that many are looking for to develop into a top-end talent. She plays with confidence on the floor, someone who is unfazed by the pressure and the bright lights. Her head is always on a swivel on the floor, ready at all times to make a play and change the momentum of a game. Neilson knows how to play through contact and finishes strong, finishes with purpose.

[player_tooltip player_id='1273774' first='Jules' last='Giordano'] - Brooks (2026)

Giordano, from what we've seen, is a player that welcomes contact as she drives into the lane. She's had herself quite a fair share of tough takes near the basket. Every basket needs to be earned and she's earned herself a lot of trips to the foul line and points overall. Selfless player that dives for loose balls, puts her body on the line for her team. Great speed on the floor and great mobility overall.

[player_tooltip player_id='491798' first='Caitlin' last='Boyle'] - Bishop Fenwick (2026)

There really aren't too many bigs on this roster in the way that Boyle is a big, standing at 6-2. You have your smaller forward, your stretch forwards, but not really those taking on the kind of role that the Bishop Fenwick rising junior is. That's carved out an all-important role for her to hold down the fort and make a statement as a frontcourt piece this summer. That being said, she's an incredibly versatile big and a true playmaker.

[player_tooltip player_id='481897' first='Kam' last='Derba'] - Dexter Southfield (2026)

If you are looking for three-point shooters to keep tabs on this summer and into the fall once the next high school season rolls around, you won't need to look far with Derba. That perimeter shooting has been on full display and then some, really impressive shooter and an efficient shooter at that. She's got the range for it and the shot for it. Nothing rushed or forced, just a smooth shot that gets results.

Annie Zink - Bedford (2026)

Zink was a role player this past high school season on one of the best teams in New Hampshire. She had quite the cast of players to learn from and play around, a massive benefit for her coming into her AAU schedule. Players come and go, and openings will arise, which means someone like Zink needs to be ready to take that next step. We think she's more than capable of it, running the show from up top.
