Austin Elite has consistently been one of the top programs and that started before I even came onto the scene and with the Lady Thunder going under their umbrella to help showcase players I probably would never have seen from the Bryan/College Station area as well as other small towns, it’s a win/win for the parents and players, even if they don’t know it
Taylor sold me at the #simmiecolsonclassic and I immediately added her to the Top 100 plus for 2025, yes there are 6’3 players in Texas I haven’t seen, but I do things you can actually see and since I have no agenda, her frame as well as height was a major attraction, not only for me but next level coaches. She has become even more fluid around the basket to score, yeah that “hands and footwork” is solid yet her lateral movement to defend stood out, so did her timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots
Galvan was also added to the Top 100 plus and like Taylor, I had never seen her and probably wouldn’t have since Texas is such a large state and one more time #talentiseverywhere. Her bringing “IT” off the top on bot ends grabbed my attention but what she showed me other than dropping jumpers and playing the passing lane was her court vision in transition as well as in the set, along with creating her shot under pressure
Jazelle Dunn
Jazelle Dunn
Dunn gave me a really good look at her intangibles showing me “she ain’t DUNN” and her solid defense was a plus yet so was dropping the “stop and pop” jumper in transition. She also created her shot in the set, also showed she could knock it down from midrange while being defended and she scored off the dribble, after contact

Winn is on the verge of me adding “ULTRA” to her athleticism. She has UPS and watching her attack the basket strongly and elevating over the defender to score, after contact included, was nice yet she also does a good job elevating on her midrange jumper. Her defense is solid, she hits the boards and handles the ball afterward yet her court vision both in the set as well as in transition stood out as well
Emory Carroll
Emory Carroll
Carroll was singing multiple tunes and watching her “playing the passing lane” hit the high note because I absolutely love seeing players doing that. She’s long and athletic, I call that the base and watching her take the defender off the dribble from multiple angles to score was nice yet so was her getting to her spot and dropping the midrange jumper
Jazlyn Hill
Jazlyn Hill
Hill keeps “climbing up the HILL” and first of all, #sizedontmatter when you can play, she can play and her quick hands to come away with steals after applying “on the ball” pressure was nice she also uses her athleticism on both ends. Her first step is nice, it helps her get by the defender to attack and score or dish but she also elevates on her jumper, in the set as well as in transition. Court vision is solid across the board
Valerie Hernandez
Valerie Hernandez
Hernandez did a good job of creating her shot while being defended. Her deceptive first step helped her get the defender off balance so she could attack and score but she also used that creativity to create spacing to get her jumper off. Her midrange looked good, so did her “seeing the floor” but when she showed she could “catch and shoot” it, I just smiled
Tianna Hickman
Tianna Hickman
Hickman showed her versatility by not only rebounding and defending “on the ball” but her timing was also nice as she altered and deflected shots, I blinked, she probably got a block but my eyes were wide open watching create her shot and drop it from midrange. Her step-back “grabbed” me yet she also attacked strongly off the dribble and finished after contact
