Clash of the Clubs Game Film: Session 1

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Taking a look at Oklahoma teams and players that performed last weekend at the Clash of the Club in Houston. Never a week off I spent my time watching the [program_tooltip program_id='715398' first='Krush' last='Queens'] 17u squad. I enjoyed watching several other programs ([program_tooltip program_id='712584' first='Just' last='Play Elite'], AER Thunder and New Heights 11) Some of the ladies are ranked and known in their states. I wanted to introduce my readers to some new players they may not know about. Enjoy the read. Oh did I mention a lefty?   First time seeing this young lady play and she had me watching every time she touched the ball.  After doing some research she is Ranked #5 PGH her  in position and is very smooth point guard that was very patient when waiting for the gap to open on offense.  When the gap opened an explosive first step to get through the gap.  Nice pocket dribble with a bounce step to go downhill or crossover her defender.  PG vision on the drives reading the defense and making good decisions.  Showed 3 point shot as well.  Yasmine has received several offers to continue playing teammates in transition  Physical defense still did not stop her from finding a way to the rim.  Excelled on offense in a dribble drive motion that her teams offense.  Attacked the gaps and got to the keeps getting better every time I see her play.   She was a complete beast on the boards this past weekend in Houston.  A put back machine cleaning up several misses for easy points for her team.  A tough defender in the low post using quick feet to slide around the bigger post to get a steal.  The hustle and high hops made her a very tough box out for the opposing team.  Keep an  eye on Amira I first time watching Kinzie play  A comb guard that caught fire in the game I watched,  Knocking down four 3 pointers in the game.  On one of those the defense dropped back in coverage and Kinzie nailed a logo 3.    Solid combo guard that can play some point as well.  Great hustler on both ends of the court and repeatedly encouraged her teammates.  PGH combo guard that when she got going down hill was not going to be denied the opportunity to score.  At 5'7 she has great size to be that physical point guard that can handle the ball pressure.  Great instincts on the press defense resulted in steals that most players could not get.  A nice pull up in transition kept the defense guessing in transition defense.  Keep and eye on this young lady she is a player to watch as the summer goes.  PGH
