After a solid weekend in Minnesota, I'd like to highlight some kids who impressed me last weekend. There should be a few more articles from Live at the Lakes.

I watched the [program_tooltip program_id='713045' first='Wisconsin' last='Lakers'] 2026 P24 team play once, and Deprey made about every three-pointer she threw at the rim. Tournament Depot says she made eight, which sounds right. Deprey paid off plenty of well-executed press breaks and always seemed available for her teammates to get the ball to her. After battling injuries for a while, seeing her playing at a high level was fun after everything she's battled through. She'll be a kid small schools will get eyes on over the next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='421700' first='Sydney' last='Terveen']

We'll talk about one of Terveen's teammates in a second, but what she does will play at the next level. She's a solid shooter, but what she does to get to her shot will be the thing coaches like most about her. Terveen is among the most active off-ball kids I've seen, which likely isn't an accident considering kids like [player_tooltip player_id='181885' first='Emilee' last='Fox'] and Addison Klosterbuer also spent significant time at Sanford Sports, known as [program_tooltip program_id='713321' first='South' last='Dakota Attack'] in years past. She also flies around the defensive end and makes plays on the ball. She's been a part of successful Sanford Sports teams and plays a significant role at the high school level with O'Gorman. Winning follows her around.

[player_tooltip player_id='377192' first='Ashlyn' last='Koupal']

The talent has always been there for Koupal. The Wagner, South Dakota native was as advertised this past weekend. She scored the ball wherever she wanted on the floor, defended around the basket, made the right reads whenever the ball was in her hands, and she's an unselfish player. Plenty of schools came to watch her play, and she didn't disappoint. She'll continue to garner interest from all over the country until she decides where she wants to play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='533085' first='Bella' last='Klages']

I love watching Klages play. She may never be the focal point of her team's offense or on the top of the scouting report for an opposing team. However, she raises the ceiling of every team she plays on. She can slot into any role a coach would want in the backcourt. She can pass, shoot, drive, and read defenses. She's a physical kid with size and length, so she can score over smaller defenders and doesn't let contact faze her. Defensively, Klages showed some versatility in defending some forwards and held her ground. Her 2026 [program_tooltip program_id='713045' first='Wisconsin' last='Lakers'] GUAA team has a few kids you'd classify as "glue players," but Klages might be the best example of a glue kid they have on that team.
