Kennedy Aldridge
Kennedy Aldridge
Kennedy Aldridge arguably had the best season out of all freshman in Louisiana. She scored 1000 points already. Aldridge averaged 19 points and 8 rebound this season with high of 42 points. She is a 3 level scorer that uses her size to shoot and score over defenders. She is a good on ball defender and jump passing lanes really well. She was awarded all state honorable mention. I’m expecting Aldridge to have a big recruiting summer.
Brooklyn smith
Brooklyn smith
Brooklyn Smith is a skilled point guard who is exciting to watch. She averaged 15 points and was the assist leader for Madison Prep. She is an excellent decision maker which allows her to run the pick and roll at a high level. Smith is best in transition as she makes contested layups and flashy passes in the open court. She has a nice floater and hits the 3 ball well. Smith instincts allows her to jump passing lanes, back tips, and create turnovers for easy points. She lead her team to the state championship game and stood out on the biggest stage.

Cass Antione exploded to the high school scene already having offers to Southeastern and South Alabama. She averaged 16.2 points and was awarded all state honorable mention. Cass can score at all 3 levels. She has a smooth high arching shot that’s tough to contest. She plays with pace and creates scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates.
Deasia Alexander
Deasia Alexander
Deasia Alexander is a big guard who causes matchup problems. She lead Arcadia to a state championship averaging an incredible 8 blocks in the state tournament. She finishes good around the rim and rebounds well. She has a nice midrange game as she shoots over smaller guards. On defense is where she really stands out. She can guard 1-5 and create a lot of turnovers. Alexander was awarded second team all-state as a freshman!

Kori Wesley is a defensive specialist. She moves her feet really well and gives up zero separation. Kori creates turnovers leading to scoring opportunities for herself and teammates. She is a true point guard that finds her teammates for open looks. Wesley kills zones with her 3 point shooting. She helped lead her team to a state championship win.
Avery Cournoyer
Avery Cournoyer
Avery Cournoyer is a smooth guard who has a great feel for the game. She scores from all 3 levels efficiently. Cournoyer has a nice handle she uses to create space. She attacks opposing defenses causing them to collapse as she passes to open teammates. Cournoyer is a solid denfender. She already scored 1000 points as a freshman and made an all-state team.
Jamiya Cain
Jamiya Cain
Jamiya Cain is an all around guard. Cain is a good playmaker who looks to create for her teammates. She shoots the ball well and is great at attacking close outs for finishes at the rim. As a guard, Cain has a variety of post moves she uses to get defenders out of position for good looks. She plays good team defense. She started for a Southern Lab team that won the championship this year.
