Sanchez is one of those players I place into the "nightmare to defend" category and her ballhandling is part of the problem because she can hypnotize whoever is guarding her to get by them and finish, at times acrobatically. Her court vision from 30 feet on in, is among the best in Texas, she can drop the mid to every long-range jumper and she plays solid defense

King has sat on the throne as a QUUEN for many years and I will never forget her "block party" a few years ago at the PGH 250 EXPO. I don't fabricate and using the search bar helps with my receipts but watching her evolve from a "back to the basket" player on offense to one that scores both off the dribble and from mid to long-range has been a treat. She also rebounds, on both ends of the court, and defends inside and outside the paint

Logan is another player who has gone from being a PF/C to playing another spot very well. Watching her create her shot and elevate on her jumper is something I love watching because she's "long and athletic" and can drop it from mid to long with ease. Her wingspan adds a couple of more inches, and she uses that to her advantage to show good timing in blocking shots and playing the passing lane plus her defense is strong

Seitz is "The Glue" for her teams and by holding things together multiple ways makes her relevant because she can get going and score in droves when needed but seeing her attack and finish after hard hits is huge. She doesn't mind contact, that's apparent as she takes charges by positioning herself but her defense and court vision also stand out

I love seeing people write "I been telling y'all about this kid" but more times than not, they haven't and have no proof. I caught her before high school in 2020 and even though I didn't need perfect vision to know what was coming. She's one of the most underrated PLAYERS in Texas but I base things on how the game used to be played and she's THROWBACK on so many. She scores however you want it but her unselfishness and ability to get others involved is very nice. Baseline to baseline, she's one of the best defenders in the state, all classes included

Joy doesn't bring much JOY to defenders as she's simply OVERPOWERING around the basket and on the flip, if you're challenging her, more times than not you won't leave feeling happy. Her college-ready frame has always been there and the game has certainly come around, and yes, she always rebounded on both ends and played interior defense but she's guarding her man outside the paint and dropping the midrange, as well as scoring off the dribble

Jordan cracks the Top 20 and if not for a slight injury, the top 15 would be a cinch yet watching her "take over games" offensively starting at the Sandra Meadows Classic left me speechless as she can overpower guards, well players period, while attacking and finishing off the dribble and a big plus is "contact is irrelevant". Mid to long-range, check, court vision and defense, double check, and speaking of that, sometimes she gets the "double-check" to try and contain her
