Look out for these class of 2026 guards this summer. She's a solid rebounding guard who is aggressive in finding lanes to the hoop and uses ball fakes well to get defenders up in the air. She's able to be physical with guards defensively and use her size to shut down passing lanes and should have Prosser contending for a top spot in the 2A again next year.

Parrish is a long, aggressive guard who can really push the pace in transition and has the ability to hit tough shots in the halfcourt. She creates space well on the perimeter and has the length/burst combo to shoot out of her moves and attack space. She also shows some deep range and is a player full of highlights.

Kaut's a long guard who can really create havoc on the defensive end and has the length to finish over defenders on the other end. She's quick enough to press up on ballhandlers and then smothers them on pickups, and her length closes down passing lanes and leads to lots of deflections. Offensively, she's pretty smooth with the ball and helped the Tigers to a 25-3 record last season.

Bryant is a two-way guard who can defend well on the perimeter and really works to keep ballhandlers in front. She challenges them by getting up in their space and moving her feet and chesting up attempted drives. On the offensive end, she's got good speed with the ball, shows good vision to move the defense with passes, and has some deep range behind the arc.

Tupua played a big role last season as a trusted ballhandler and creator off the bounce. She should play an even bigger part for Lake Stevens with the departure of Nisa Ellis, but she's got the skills to be a reliable scorer and playmaker. She plays with a good balance of quickness and patience, attacking with intent but valuing possessions.

The Lyncs' guard is someone you can rely on to run the show, put pressure on defenses with her strong drives, and keep the ball flowing. She's got a good handle to create space to see the floor on the perimeter and all she needs is one step on a defender to keep them on her back on drives. She'll be part of a Lynden Christian squad looking to do even better than their third-place finish at last season's 1A tournament.

Look out for these class of 2026 guards this summer. They're some talented players who bring it on both ends and play big roles for some talented teams.
