Calleigh Boord - Canterbury School (2026)

Despite her size, Boord has proven herself to be quite the backcourt commodity at Canterbury School. Quick, shifty guard with great ball-handling skills and feel for the game. Able to excel in a number of facets, but we've really seen the biggest success from her when it comes to the defensive side of the ball. That quickness makes a difference in causing turnovers.

Kaitlynn Kenna - Canterbury School (2026)

Plays anywhere from the 3 to the 5 on the floor, showcasing some versatility in that regard. Her height lends itself more to the frontcourt, but she's shown that she can do more than just hold down the fort on the post, get rebounds, block shots, etc. Decent midrange game to complement a solid paint presence. Her play style does tend to side more with a traditional forward role, which has been to her advantage.

Cecilia Torres - Cheshire Academy (2026)

You're getting a multi-sport athlete in Torres and like in volleyball, a sport she's excelled at greatly, those hops translate well over to the basketball court. The same can be said for movement, shuffling well down low, switching off opponents when she needs to and staying locked in with what's going on. Again, big trend in volleyball, so not surprising to see her make headway in the frontcourt.

Kiley Harding - Oxford (2026)

Harding is right in the middle when it comes to positioning based on height, which is perfect from a versatility standpoint. You can see that really come out in her game as she's shown herself to be quite the commodity overall, showing glimpses of playing like a guard and glimpses of being a forward. Great speed, great shooting accuracy, plays with tenacity and poise and isn't afraid to be physical.

[player_tooltip player_id='491808' first='Ellie' last='Madancy'] - Lyman Hall (2026)

Undersized for a guard, but still incredibly effective with the ball, Madancy has proven herself to be a reliable point guard, a trustworthy piece running the offense at the top of the key. Good shooter, good passer and a great perimeter defender, Madancy has made great use of her court awareness and high basketball IQ to make smart plays and game-defining plays.

Abby Kim - Choate Rosemary Hall (2026)

Good ball handling skills up top. Able to drive through contact well if she has the ball at the top of the key. Looks confident on the floor and plays with high motor. Teammates bounce off her and she will get teammates involved often. That comes with being a great passer, but having a level of offensive success that attracts double teams, freeing up space for others.

[player_tooltip player_id='1208859' first='Reilly' last='Chernovetz'] - Hamden Hall (2026)

Hamden Hall has produced some top talent in recent years and among the players on the roster currently, there are some absolute ballers. Look no further than Chernovetz, who has solidified herself alongside teammate Mackenzie Mori as a playmaker, a game-changer, a pure scorer and then some. We got to see the start of her breakout as a sophomore, but much more is to come for her as a junior.

[player_tooltip player_id='481358' first='Grace' last='Mik'] - Lyman Hall (2026)

From Madancy and we head over to her rising junior teammate, [player_tooltip player_id='481358' first='Grace' last='Mik']. The two are very much equals in a number of ways, arguably the two best players on Lyman Hall and a pair of consistent producers. Mik has proven herself to be a great scorer that can contribute in a number of different ways offensively. The same can be said about her defensive skillset and performances.

Mia Cunningham - Seymour (2027)

One of two players not from the Class of 2026 on this roster, Cunningham is another featured piece in the frontcourt with a high ceiling. She stands tall down low, not backing down to anyone in front of her, and she's not been afraid to be physical while on the floor. Very impressive shot-blocker and rim protector overall. Definitely carries herself well on the floor and is cool, calm and collected.

Ava Rochester - Newtown (2025)

We head over to the other player not from the Class of 2026 and a rising senior in Ava Rochester. She finds herself in an interesting position having seemingly played everywhere and anywhere on the floor. We wouldn't be surprised to see her in a frontcourt role one game and playing as a guard in another. It speaks to the versatility she's been able to provide while being effective wherever she plays.

Phillise Mallard - Sport and Medical Sciences Academy (2026)

Mallard certainly has all of the tools and skills needed in order to be a double-digit scorer for SMSA, and she showcased it plenty last season. She's also shown that she can get down low and make things happen in the paint on both sides of the basketball. With her, as is the case with many players, she just needs to build off experience and production will come as a result.
