Maggie showed off her athleticism and shooting touch in this showcase and took home the MVP award for her team. She scored a team high 14 points and did all of her work in the paint. She showed off pull ups and floaters while using a tricky handle and explosive first step to get by defenders. Good way to start the spring off.

Payton made the trip down from Rhode Island and she acquitted herself quite well. Defensively she used her length and footwork to thwart ball handlers who were trying to penetrate. She had a couple of nice blocks and closed out strong on the perimeter. On offense I like her ability and willingness to facilitate and set up her teammates. She put up a quick 10 first half points.

It's kind of expected that Kayden will show up anywhere and ball out at this point, and that's what she did. Although she scored a game high 19 points on an array of shots, I was most impressed by her ability to gather the outlet pass and push the tempo repeatedly. She either scored herself or dropped off a sweet pass to a teammate. Her pace was at a different level and most of the other players weren't ready for it. She grabbed an MVP award for her performance.

Gianna had a strong performance, showing off her shooting ability by knocking down three long three pointers. She has a quick release and stays ready to catch and shoot. She had a nice block and a couple of deflections on defense and was fighting through screens aggressively to stay connected to her man. She finished with 9 points.

"Q" was ready to go in this one. She prowled the paint looking to block and alter shots and ran the floor. She worked the offensive glass and got her team a few extra possessions from her efforts. She showed off her range with a couple of three-pointers and scored off a nice put back tap in.
